What do you like best about Keap?

I love the fact that I can do everything in one place, including payments, email marketing, landing pages and forms. It also allows me to categorize my clients and leads easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't particularly like that I can not send group emails without having to go through the broadcasts and adding attachments need to made easier. I think the mobile app needs some fine tuning Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

I love how I can automate the entire customer journey. I've used other CRMS that are great at marketing OR customer service but not both. With KEAP, I am able to map out the entire journey and give my customer service team the ability to efficiently service clients.

The API is pretty easy to work with so that we can hook in or create any tool we need.

KEAP lite is a great place for businesses to start. It is then easy to grow up into the Max version as the business grows. As a consultant, the challenge of moving someone off of their stater tech into the tech that is going to take them to the next level is my job. What do you dislike about Keap?

KEAP gives you the ability to do ANYTHING but that also ends up being a challenge without the right guidance. I would recommend starting with lite so that you don't get overwhelmed with features. What do you like best about Keap?

I appreciate the all-in-one email marketing, follow-up, and landing page/shopping cart solution in one place. It really is a robust platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The learning curve can be steep at times - however, you get what you pay for and the live support has been great. I have a VA that also helps me - and honestly, as a business owner, I shouldn't be doing it all myself anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Consider working with a trained VA with this tool. If you want more than just database management, but also the ability to accept payments and the ability to have landing pages, that makes Keap a more strategic choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's hard to remember every step to onboarding new clients. Keap is helping me save time by automating some of the steps and assigning things to team members.

Tracking where prospects are can also be tricky. I'm automating some of the follow-up touchpoints with new prospects and sending myself reminders.

What do you like best about Keap?

Customization, integrateable into other systems, easy to use, easy to start a project and get it going without needing to complete it. When I initially bought this product, I did so instead of hiring an assistant to keep track of incoming and outgoing emails as well as following up with prospects. Keap (formerly Insufionsoft) definitely gets the job done and doesn't ask to take lunch breaks! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

Doesn't offer some features that to me are basic- like being able to copy a form or duplicate a campaign element into a new campaign. Also, there is a limit on the # of custom fields you can create which is a bit ridiculous. I offered to pay more $ to add more customer fields, but apparently this is not possible either. The email templates are ok, I wish there were more formatting options. There used to be an image editor built in, but they got rid of it for some reason. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Know what you need BEFORE you start looking for a CRM. It's easy to get distracted by all the things Keap can do... just make sure those things are what you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

I've been using Keap Max Classic/Infusionsoft since 2015 to manage dozens of direct response lead generation and follow-up campaigns. In combination with PlusThis, and Zapier I'm able to integrate with all the third-party applications we've ever needed and their technical support is always eager to help.

The Ecommerce functionality works extremely well and integrates easily with both Stripe and WePay for credit card payments.

In short, Keap helps serious entrepreneurs and small businesses get organized, follow up, and automate their processes to create efficiency, grow their business, and free up valuable time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

Keap Max Classic is a very robust CRM with a tremendous capacity for automating the details of complex campaigns. It's not for the start-up business. There's a learning curve and it will take time to become proficient, but well worth the effort in the end.

The new landing page builder is graphically better than the original, however, tagging is more complicated and submission notification is no longer available. The workaround involves creating additional steps in the campaign sequences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

So far, for all of our business needs we have been able to keep everything within the Keap system, only having to use webhoooks to connect to our training vault and using a 3rd party doc signing program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few features/options we tried to make work, but they don't exist yet. That being said, we have been able to add them to the "future work list" for future developments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Automation, automation, automation! We are using this as a tool to more systematically recruit and hire new people for our team. Being able to automate the process of licensing as well as having multiple touchpoints throughout the pre and post-hiring process makes it feasible to ensure proper care along the way.
