I love the fact that I can do everything in one place, including payments, email marketing, landing pages and forms. It also allows me to categorize my clients and leads easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't particularly like that I can not send group emails without having to go through the broadcasts and adding attachments need to made easier. I think the mobile app needs some fine tuning Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our Keap account has been set up diligently over the past years in terms of campaigns, templates and eCommerce and works now as a well-oiled machine that is the foundation for our ongoing business success.

I love how I can automate the entire customer journey. I've used other CRMS that are great at marketing OR customer service but not both. With KEAP, I am able to map out the entire journey and give my customer service team the ability to efficiently service clients.
The API is pretty easy to work with so that we can hook in or create any tool we need.
KEAP lite is a great place for businesses to start. It is then easy to grow up into the Max version as the business grows. As a consultant, the challenge of moving someone off of their stater tech into the tech that is going to take them to the next level is my job. KEAP gives you the ability to do ANYTHING but that also ends up being a challenge without the right guidance. I would recommend starting with lite so that you don't get overwhelmed with features. Customization, integrateable into other systems, easy to use, easy to start a project and get it going without needing to complete it. When I initially bought this product, I did so instead of hiring an assistant to keep track of incoming and outgoing emails as well as following up with prospects. Keap (formerly Insufionsoft) definitely gets the job done and doesn't ask to take lunch breaks! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Doesn't offer some features that to me are basic- like being able to copy a form or duplicate a campaign element into a new campaign. Also, there is a limit on the # of custom fields you can create which is a bit ridiculous. I offered to pay more $ to add more customer fields, but apparently this is not possible either. The email templates are ok, I wish there were more formatting options. There used to be an image editor built in, but they got rid of it for some reason. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using Keap Max Classic/Infusionsoft since 2015 to manage dozens of direct response lead generation and follow-up campaigns. In combination with PlusThis, and Zapier I'm able to integrate with all the third-party applications we've ever needed and their technical support is always eager to help.
The Ecommerce functionality works extremely well and integrates easily with both Stripe and WePay for credit card payments.
In short, Keap helps serious entrepreneurs and small businesses get organized, follow up, and automate their processes to create efficiency, grow their business, and free up valuable time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Keap Max Classic is a very robust CRM with a tremendous capacity for automating the details of complex campaigns. It's not for the start-up business. There's a learning curve and it will take time to become proficient, but well worth the effort in the end.
The new landing page builder is graphically better than the original, however, tagging is more complicated and submission notification is no longer available. The workaround involves creating additional steps in the campaign sequences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far, for all of our business needs we have been able to keep everything within the Keap system, only having to use webhoooks to connect to our training vault and using a 3rd party doc signing program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
