What do you like best about Keap?

Automated communication using the pipeline is great for staying on task and keeping customers and colleagues abreast of where you are in your sales funnel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

I wish you could CC or BCC an email address when programming email campaigns. This would help me integrate Keap with SalesForce.

Also, if Keap could make it less technical to integrate an existing email address into their emailing feature, that would be helpful. I feel like the process for proving you have a right to send emails from a Keap integrated email address could be easier without giving up any security considerations. This is only a small consideration, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Keap?

Keap is easy to use. The set of tools is quite extensive, but I find them very intuitive. Some CRM software is laden with their own proprietary jargon, but the Keap modules are logically named. Since the toolset is robust, I've been able to drop two other subscriptions, further increasing the ROI for Keap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

There's not anything I'm especially unhappy about in Keap, but I did struggle slightly with an automated email sequence. However, I was able to quickly get help and get my automated campaign up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's been great to automate prospect drip campaigns. Now when I add a subscriber to my email list, Keap sends them a good introductory stream of emails letting them know I understand their unique problems and can provide them value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it combines scheduling, invoicing, emailing, and overall client organization into one tool. I love using the mobile app, and was surprised when it came with a business phone number ready for me! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

Keap is fantastic because it allows me to organize my business all in one place. From prospect and client data, quotes and invoices, and historical actions. Not only that, it offers the power of automation helping me send messages to the right person at the right time with relevant content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

Most of the features I had been disappointed with have been improved upon since I started using the tool and especially in the past year.

Some features are not available in Canada or globally, SMS broadcasting and automation, not including taxes automatically on invoices, limitations with customizing appointments and appointment automation with the built-in scheduler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Any problem I solve once in Keap, is solved repeatedly and ongoing using automation in the campaign builder.

What do you like best about Keap?

It does all the things that I need it to do and more. I can send emails, invoices, appointments and it sends follow-up emails on my behalf. I can set up automation, projects and create broadcasts. I'm still learning the system. I love the automation feature. I send contracts and documents to my clients. I can set up an automation to move them through a process for sessions and classes as well. It's made my life so much easier. I can set it and go. I love that my contacts are all in one place. I can track my leads, add tags and track everything. When I send a broadcast communication the system tracks everything so that I know how many were sent, how many were opened, and how many were not sent. For my lists, the system also tells me how many emails are duplicates or incorrect. That saves a lot of time and I don't have to work with blind spots. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

I would like to have the ability to send documents that require a signature via KEAP. Right now I have to send via Adobe sign Docusign. That would add another level for me. I think they were exploring the possibility of adding this feature but I haven't been informed that it's available at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Keap:

I recommend taking advantage of the training that is offered. I was able to work with the trainer to work on several projects with their assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm a one-man show right now and I can set things up to take care of daily tasks. I LOVE that I can use one application instead of 3 or 4. I used to use Paypal to create invoices and send notifications to my clients. Then, I would have to remember to send a follow-up email or a reminder for payment. KEAP does all of this for me.
