What I like best about Keap is the robust feature set and frequent updates from the Keap product team. I've also had excellent experiences with both sales and support. I recently had to migrate from an existing platform to a new one and the process was smooth. I also like the campaign builder. I appreaciate the dedication to upgrading and improving it that I've seen in recent years since the start of the monthly updates. I haven't thought about switching platforms since that time. It seemed like a couple of years ago the team got a lot more serious about customer satisfaction and it shows! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Similar to learning a new operating system, Keap is complicated and takes time to get used to. But by now, I've been using it long enough for it to feel familiar. The downsides of using Keap are the broken upsell functionality and lack of order form options that competitors have. But I believe these are in the process of being addressed. It would also be nice for ALL features to exist in Keap Max Classic - I believe this is already in the works too. I do worry that Keap Max Classic's UI will change and I'll have to relearn where things are when I don't really have time for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In my opinion, the heart of an automated marketing system is the campaign builder. The graphical interface makes it easy to see how each campaign is structured. The reporting shows statistics so you know how each element is performing. This is a complicated product with lots of features. That requires highly trained support staff. I've gotten very good help troubleshooting issues that were mostly my lack of knowledge and experience. In other words, it's often like a mini-training when you call for support. Compared to some competitors, it is more costly. But, it also has more features. It used to be that small businesses and startups were priced out, but the new Keap options now address that issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is as close to an all-in-one tool as I have found. I love that I am not as scattered across multiple tools to run my business. It has an online version and an app.

As someone who likes to map out and manager their own customer journeys, it's really important to me to be able to customise the way I attract and gather clients. Other tools always want me to follow a wizard and do things in a certain order. The ability to be able to just jump into automations and map these as I go is a huge time saver for me and is why I'm so quickly able to create and launch new campaigns. I look forward to a day where the landing page builder is more advanced and able to handle sales funnels as part of Keap. Excel exports have sufficient information but it would be nice if you could set the order of the columns and save that. Integration to Outlook wasn't good to begin with and is now not sufficient to meet our needs.
