What do you like best about Keap?

What I like best about Keap is the robust feature set and frequent updates from the Keap product team. I've also had excellent experiences with both sales and support. I recently had to migrate from an existing platform to a new one and the process was smooth. I also like the campaign builder. I appreaciate the dedication to upgrading and improving it that I've seen in recent years since the start of the monthly updates. I haven't thought about switching platforms since that time. It seemed like a couple of years ago the team got a lot more serious about customer satisfaction and it shows! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

Similar to learning a new operating system, Keap is complicated and takes time to get used to. But by now, I've been using it long enough for it to feel familiar. The downsides of using Keap are the broken upsell functionality and lack of order form options that competitors have. But I believe these are in the process of being addressed. It would also be nice for ALL features to exist in Keap Max Classic - I believe this is already in the works too. I do worry that Keap Max Classic's UI will change and I'll have to relearn where things are when I don't really have time for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Keap:

If someone is considering using Keap, I would tell them to sign up for the free trial and immediately start playing with the campaign builder. I'd tell them to download a campaign template that seems interesting and start tinkering with it. What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm solving the problems of marketing and email automation, keeping track of customer data, outreach to my audience, and leveraging an online content library solution (CustomerHub). Keap is pretty much the crux of my business and I do all my business intelligence with it. I have used Keap to create courses, drip-fed content delivery, invoicing, quotes, and email campaigns. What do you like best about Keap?

In my opinion, the heart of an automated marketing system is the campaign builder. The graphical interface makes it easy to see how each campaign is structured. The reporting shows statistics so you know how each element is performing. This is a complicated product with lots of features. That requires highly trained support staff. I've gotten very good help troubleshooting issues that were mostly my lack of knowledge and experience. In other words, it's often like a mini-training when you call for support. What do you dislike about Keap?

Compared to some competitors, it is more costly. But, it also has more features. It used to be that small businesses and startups were priced out, but the new Keap options now address that issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

It is as close to an all-in-one tool as I have found. I love that I am not as scattered across multiple tools to run my business. It has an online version and an app.

What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am able to get paid so quickly. I have had a conversation, sent a quote, converted the accepted quote to an invoice in less than three hours on a few occasions. It is so easy to get appointments set - and it integrates with my calendar so I don't double book! I have a Pipeline set up so I know where my clients are in my process. I love that all of the information from my clients are all in one place - all emails, texts (to my Keap #), quotes, and payments are all together. I feel so much more organized and follow-ups are much easier for me now.

What do you like best about Keap?

As someone who likes to map out and manager their own customer journeys, it's really important to me to be able to customise the way I attract and gather clients. Other tools always want me to follow a wizard and do things in a certain order. The ability to be able to just jump into automations and map these as I go is a huge time saver for me and is why I'm so quickly able to create and launch new campaigns. What do you dislike about Keap?

I look forward to a day where the landing page builder is more advanced and able to handle sales funnels as part of Keap. What do you like best about Keap?

SaaS, easy to use, on-line support is fast and efficient Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

Excel exports have sufficient information but it would be nice if you could set the order of the columns and save that. Integration to Outlook wasn't good to begin with and is now not sufficient to meet our needs. We have a couple of users (CEO) that want to work mostly from Outlook but they really can't do that any more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Make sure to develop a robust set of your business requirements before making your product solution. Also, ensure you have a solid selection process for evaluating different options. We did a poor job on both of these and are still paying for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
