What do you like best about Keap?

Money management! Its fully-functional billing system allows customers to pay with cards or PayPal. By using payment forms, you can embed the form on your website to make it easy for people to do business with you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you're on the fence about committing to the monthly costs of using a CRM to manage your business stop for a minute and calculate how much time you could save by eliminating tasks like invoicing, follow-up emails, `newsletters. Now multiply that # by your hourly rate, it should be pretty obvious that not using a CRM is actually costing you MORE. keap is like having a 2nd and 3rd employee. I don't have to do all the tedius jobs of tracking and managing clients because #virtualworkwife used #keap to automate my business. What do you like best about Keap?

Nothing about it. We have a client that just stopped using it since it keeps breaking their checkout page (using WordPress + WooCommerce). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything about this software. It takes control of basic functionalities that WooCommerce already has and put everything in it, but you don't need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you have a Wordpress website with WooCommerce you don't need Keap. We can play around with features that are not in WooCommerce already. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?

I don't see this software as solving anything if you have a WordPress website + WooCommerce. You don't need it. WooCommerce can do everything they do, and if you need to send emails, you can also do that using Mailchimp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

Like a lot of highly creative people, I am usually going in 15 different directions at once. Keap gives my business the STRUCTURE that it needs to succeed. The automated campaigns are the bomb. I love them most for Marketing and Sales, but also for content delivery. (Like, "Hey, our call is today!" email, then the next day, "Here's the recording for you," etc) My customers feel so loved and cared for. It's so great to be able to set up my emails in advance, and know that my clients are getting what they need, when they need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

I use Keap Max Classic, which is the Lamborghini of email marketing, in that it is immensely powerful and infinitely customizable. I've heard that sometimes people feel overwhelmed by all the choices and power and don't know where to start. But hey, I don't use all the things my MacBook can do, either, right? As a not-very-techy person, I can tell you that starting slow and simple works just fine, and then you can always make things more complex as you grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having Keap is like having the world's most on-the-ball executive assistant, because it automatically sends appointment reminders, follows up on failed credit cards, welcomes new clients and helps me stay in touch with former clients and prospects.

And it's the last one - staying in touch with former clients and nurturing prospects until they are ready to buy - that has really transformed my business. How many times does someone hand you their card and say, "I'm interested in your work. Please stay in touch." And then you don't follow up right away....and then you worry that it's been too long....and then you can't figure out what to say.... and between one thing and another, you have let that prospect slide away, and that business card just sits in a pile on your desk, mocking you. Ammiright?

Keap solves that problem 100%. Sometimes I have people enroll in my classes that have been on my list for nearly TEN YEARS. But because I stay in contact with them via Keap, they stay warm until they are ready to buy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

Keap is the best solution for automated marketing. It makes the email marketing process hassle-free. Its analytics provides data in real-time. The best thing I liked is its email segmentation. It helps me to target the right user in different campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

The ease of grouping contacts into specific categories is excellent! We can create mass emails to market our current endeavors and navigate whether our contacts wish to continue receiving our marketing pieces.
