What do you like best about Keap?

As a new user/organization, attending Ikon was very helpful in getting me up to speed on the possibilities of Keap. We have an API that creates contacts through our donor giving platform and we do email and text campaigns to our donors, so learning about the new text product and being able to be a part of the pilot is great for us. I'm looking forward to the new landing page builder too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

The landing page text tool covers the letters as you type, so a new builder will be great. The contact search doesn't always return all of the information and it is frustrating at times. Also, I would love some configuration in labels as they are not descriptive of our business. It seems like a relatively easy option, but it's not on the road map. We had 5 databases that are now in one place so we can communicate with our members and donors. We send out reminders and invitations on a frequent basis. Keap has made it easy to build drip campaigns and web forms that allow us to capture leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

I love the email builder/broadcasts! Easy to use and make well-designed templates that look good. Aggressive spam detector (a blessing and a curse in one). Advanced, sophisticated targeting options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

The spam detector in the email can be helpful and annoying. It works but when you're an IT/MSP company warning your clients about phishing and malware, lots of alerts about our emails getting flagged for spam can get frustrating. Also, there's been an email deliverability issue to Yahoo and Aol accounts. Keap support is working on a fix, but this is something we actively have to work around. So the email works but only to certain domains, at least as of November 2021. Also dislike the complicated admin back end - granting permissions to users is a real minefield and tough to navigate. What do you like best about Keap?

Been with this very successful and fancy email blast software platform since 2015 when it was Infusionsoft, noticing that in comparison to others, I was able to more specifically tag my event guest attendees, plus connect "middle-men registration programs" like Zapier more easily, and just love the landing page templates offered! Simple plus with real, live coaches and people to propel your success as a business owner or individual looking to stay connected and thrive. Thanks for all you do, KEAP! BIG loves you! What do you dislike about Keap?

I feel it's too Quick for account deactivations and inability to access to be due to 15 days of passed payment, but a business has to run somehow, so I get it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

I honestly do not have a lot about this platform that I like. It is very clunkly and does not feel clean to use. I guess the reporting is okay and can be very detailled Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is not very user friendly, it feels outdated and the automations are very diffficult and clunky to understand. The learning curve for new employees have been very slow Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

It's powerful but simple. I use in small business about $100k, medium business about $15M and large business about $100M. I'm loving the new Keap Pro UX. Designed for small business owners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

I'd like some of the robustness of Infusionsoft back in the new keap product. and get your deliverability to @yahoo ESPs fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?

Just implemented Keap pro for my new venture: a private school in CA. we start in a year officially, but the waiting list is already full, the momentum is building quick, and we have pilot student cohorts already running.

I’m hiring, communicating with existing parents, educating future parents, and communicating with potential partners and donors.

And the chaos came fast.

Full inboxes, calls and texts from unknown numbers, appointments double booked and falling through the cracks, repeated conversations, manual billing and deposits and missed opportunities for follow up after our interest nights.

We were using phones, Google sheets, gmail, Google calendar, Google sites for a landing page, hubspot free crm, and an event booking tool to do the above.

We began conquering the chaos first by consolidating our contact data then segmenting. I know who is who, customers, prospects, partners, spouses, and kids.

And immediately we could broadcast with confidence.

I also am in the community meeting hundreds of new people every week, their spouses, their kids (from toddlers to teenagers.)

So the mobile app lets me double check names, notes, and context sometimes seconds before I reconnect with someone. And lets me build strong relationships where people feel seen and remembered. Which is what I always want to do but as a mere mortal simply couldn’t do without the crm.

Then we started automating a new interest intake and follow up.

I have the same conversations and now interested parents can fill out a form and receive all that info in an email & text, all linking to a video series we host in wistia that gives them everything they need on their time while I lead in the company and stay present in my own home and family.

Next step is moving our billing from an event software we use to keap. They will eliminate using 3 systems to execute and track monthly payments and daily new deposits for next year.

Last week we had a huge live event with two calls to action - one a link to opt in for next years start. And two a text to my keap business number to opt in for the January pilot cohort.

My business calls, voicemails and texts are starting to be separated into keap only while I keep my personal channels for personal communications.

I also got a local number for my business line which makes our leads have even more confidence when they reach out.

This is all ONE week of using Keap Pro. And I set it up myself.

As you know I’ve used Infusionsoft successfully and at both small a large scales since 2012, but this is my first personal use of the keap suite.

It is literally the perfect solution for me and our business.

And it’s actually fun to use.

What do you like best about Keap?

Keap is easy to setup. We have been using a lot of CRM, but the value / price ratio, was always an issue. Keap is the easiest CRM that we ever use and the automation process for marketing just works. We actually receive an offer without even asking to commit and by far this is the best deal at a great price on the web. You should definetly give it a try, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

Keap is not only easy to use, but It is also easy on the eyes, and everything is at your fingertips. Scheduling appointments with clients is simple,, sending quotes, invoices and keeping track of follow-up calls or emails is no longer a problem because all of the reminders and notifications are right in front of me! The ability to automate everything that would typically take hours.. actually cuts your time in half. My clients love how my customer service and organization have improved since i started wit h Keap. Oh and the marketing email design feature is fantastic. I can't even begin to describe everything that I like about it.

The ability for clients to pay via credit card or Paypal makes it easier to keep track of finances. It also integrates with Quickbooks, Hellosign, Docusign, and many more applications to help you run your business more efficiently... RAVING FAN!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lead follow-up, communication with clients, managing finances,, marketing, automated processes that over time begin to get repetitive if you are doing them manually. It makes running a business much less complicated than is usually the case. I am happy. My clients are delighted. The support team at KEAP HQ is the best in class. If you have a question, they will give you a solution to your problem AND even send over help documentation related to helping you if you are stuck. I would recommend Keap to anyone due to working efficiently on a straightforward yet robust marketing and business application. It's not just a CRM it will change your way of operating forever! I can't make it through the day without using these important tools. It is an all-in-one system that just "keaps" getting better. And IKON--the national conference--blew my mind. There were so many experts willingly giving tips that make processes even better. I've never experienced anything like it.
