What do you like best about Keap?

Keap is great because it provides a good solution for our weekly newsletter and our automated email sequences. The automated sequences are really easy and straightforward to set up. Their customer support is also very helpful and has answered my questions thoroughly. It also looks like they have added even more customization options in their new email broadcast builder, which is nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

The Zapier integration is sometimes confusing and maybe I didn't set it up properly, but sometimes it does not tag the customer correctly when a certain action is performed. But again, this could be my fault and not theirs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

It's included services are robust, and even intergrates with most 3rd party programs via API. I have been able to add custom attachements as my needs grow. It's easy to use once you get the initial training down as it has a small learning curve. Customer support is always ready to jump in and solve any issues your having. What do you dislike about Keap?

What do you like best about Keap?

The best part of Keap is its intuitive approach to solutions. You can do a lot with it if you want or you can start slow and steady. If you are just looking for outreach tools, this could work but it's built for folks that want to construct predictable programs that turn prospects into clients. What do you like best about Keap?

The automations make sure no lead goes untouched, which is great for a small business owner who has many plates to spin. Once it's set up it pretty much runs on autopilot. The nice part is that their onboarding helps you ramp up for immediate success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

Not much. You simply have to stay on top of it every day to see how the leads are progressing. I do wish they had simpler API's for integration with other business systems and social media. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

Customer support is excellent, with chat agents available within minutes and always going the extra mile. Keap offers a range of automation options, from simple to extensive. I've tried free trials of many other CRMs, but Keap still leads in automation, recurring payments, memberships, and platform connectivity like Memberium. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

Keap is still the best for my business automation, especially with payment and membership triggers and connectivity. However, competition is growing, and the development of Keap Max feels somewhat stagnant and lacking in new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

Having all the information about my clients, prospects and leads all in one place. Also, setting up email automations is a huge time-saver. When I do have questions, my customer support team is there to help. They are super rescponsive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's too much to learn! lol I'm always learning new things to try and new features. Automations were a little difficult for me to grasp at first. But the learning curve is doable. If you stick with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
