Keap is great because it provides a good solution for our weekly newsletter and our automated email sequences. The automated sequences are really easy and straightforward to set up. Their customer support is also very helpful and has answered my questions thoroughly. It also looks like they have added even more customization options in their new email broadcast builder, which is nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Zapier integration is sometimes confusing and maybe I didn't set it up properly, but sometimes it does not tag the customer correctly when a certain action is performed. But again, this could be my fault and not theirs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's included services are robust, and even intergrates with most 3rd party programs via API. I have been able to add custom attachements as my needs grow. It's easy to use once you get the initial training down as it has a small learning curve. Customer support is always ready to jump in and solve any issues your having. The best part of Keap is its intuitive approach to solutions. You can do a lot with it if you want or you can start slow and steady. If you are just looking for outreach tools, this could work but it's built for folks that want to construct predictable programs that turn prospects into clients. Customer support is excellent, with chat agents available within minutes and always going the extra mile. Keap offers a range of automation options, from simple to extensive.
