It is a complete platform for everything you need. It has a scheduling feature that does help with the lead capture process. The landing pages are very nice looking, and I love the old email builder. I didn't stay long enough to see the new email builder though, only the Beta. It was tough to set up the whole system at first, but once done I didn't really spend much time on it every day. Sometimes it just seems too much. The platform can be overwhelming. If one has no experience with this kind of platform before one needs the training they offer. I was lucky to get the training with my subscription, but I understand most people have to pay for the training to be able to use Keap properly. And it can be costly for small operators like me. Keap does it all. Automation is critical when running a successful business! Keap allows you to create marketing campaigns that you can use over and over for multiple customers.
It also allows for tracking. You can see where your lead came in from, how they got there, and what is the next step to close the deal.
Not only do you have a fantastic software, but the support behind the software is just as outstanding. There is ALWAYS someone who is there to answer your questions either on chat or a phone call away. What I like best about Keap is that it is a fully integrated CRM, ecommerce, and marketing suite. I can design a customer journey, create a marketing funnel, and track the progress of prospects through their entry as fully qualified customers and later into well-invested clients. In my experience, the customer support is almost always quick to respond, but the first-tier techs too often have difficulties grasping the nuances of the Keap app. It can be frustrating when the tech is tunnel visioned on a solution that isn't actually a solution for the specific problem. I enjoy how simple it is to use. Working with the Keap partnership that was a good fit for my company has assisted me in generating leads and converting them into customers. I can also track everything in one location. I especially appreciate the ability to schedule emails in advance. Keap clearly does not have an organized rollout strategy and it shows in their products. Errors, workarounds and glitches can be a major headache. It's a very powerful tool. The campaign builder, though overwhelming at first, is very powerful with lots of customization options. It's much less expensive than other CRMs/campaign planners we've considered. Also highly recommend joining the Keap users group on Facebook for the quickest access to support. KEAP helps me automate businesses for my clients. I can capture leads with multiple opt ins create products and automate product delivery and email delivery for campaigns. The referral partner feature lets you automate the referral process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Setting up campaigns is complex. There are a lot of parts that need to be created/set up which complicates things if things need to be updated. It would be nice to have a report that shows what campaign elements are in each campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The invoicing system is very difficult to use both on the frontend and backend. Creating invoices with any kind of complexity is not available. Having open tracking tags on single-use emails would be nice and the app has very limited functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I didn't like the analytics as much. It was pretty basic and didn't offer a lot of insight. We had to pair Keap's reports with third party email reports that we either manually created or was from other analytics platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
