What do you like best about Keap?

I love the fact that KEAP helps us automate much of the follow up that might otherwise be forgotten or missed. We can streamline processes, put people in nurturing campaigns and make sure we are touching bases on a consistent basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

It is a little confusing at first and does take a bit of time to get ramped up- this is something we have worked through. A ROBUST tool requires a ROBUST investment of time and energy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

The all-in-one aspect of email, CRM, and sales integration. If you're looking for a more simplified solution for managing a comprehensive email marketing department, this is a pretty good option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

The two biggest drawbacks of Keap were the lack of customization available in the drag-and-drop builder, plus the used of shared IPs. It was easy to get punished for other users' mistakes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?

While we have largely migrated from Keap over to Iterable, we still do use Keap for one email marketing project. We maintained that account just because we had integrated it with our initial lead gen and weren't running into any issues. What do you like best about Keap?

Easy to schedule calls and organize your day and tasks priorities and fill up your pipeline with new leads and move them easily from one stage to another on your pipeline with easy and automated triggers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

I wish they have more options to trigger goals on the campaign builder based on specific fields being updated and a better and easy-to-use page builder. Also, I would love to have a native integration with Keap and FB CAPI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy way to send invoices and to schedule calls with my clients, they can always schedule calls in a really easy way and I can track all conversations and history of calls made in Keap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

The UI is very intuitive and easy to set up, the funnels allow our team to get insight to our volume per stage and take action effectively from there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

The app is limited in terms of not showing the customers in funnels and the ability to search a custom is fairly constrained in the app as well which I would hope would be simpler than finding the customer, the redacting the search just to be able to select said customer. What do you like best about Keap?

Keap is good. It is formerly known as infusion soft.

We mainly use it for email marketing and contact database storing.

we use keap generally for storing leads in the database. We have several forms on the website and landing pages and we use keap to store leads recorded from the forms in the keap.

Tagging option is really good, it helps us in tagging several forms and by that we can easily find out the contacts we got through different forms.

Keap is also good for email marketing, we can see open rates, bounced contacts, opted out contacts and it is fast and effective. We are using keap from last 3 years and it is our main CRM we use for our complete company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

keap is a huge software, if we use it properly and if we have more knowledge, we will have many benefits. but learning keap will take lots of time, that is only my dislike. its not a Con Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

The automation is unmatched. Most CRMS don't have a way to have an "if/then" type setup. With Keap I can complete a task with a yes or a no and it changes the outcomes of what the software does next. If you really need good automation with many different tasks based on outcomes. Keap is for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

The mobile app lacked a little in features. I ended up creating a web page shortcut on my phone to use Keap while on the go. That system worked but it won't have the caller ID then Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It helped with email marketing built right in. The automation allowed me to automate literally any part of my pipeline depending on task outcomes for a customer and took my brain out of having to remember where people are and what is next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

using keap you can automate your marketing campaign. Users can find the generated leads within the system itself. The admin can able to track all the sent emails like is opened, read, if any link is present then they access it, how much time they take to open, etc. using this data user can make the required change in their campaign Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

if you want to integrate keap with other software then you have to pay fees per customer/subscription user. it provide free data migration but its limited to no. of users and access pages Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Keap:

If you have a small business and smaller team or are new to the software industry and want to build an effective large network using email and SMS campaigns then you should go with keap without any single doubt Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

Beware they delete all campaign history older than thirty days! If getting insight from historical action is important to you, unfortunately, you'll need to choose a different platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very inflexible data insights. They have hard-coded reports that are very limited. They give no access to our data, so we can't build our own reports. And they delete the history and any actions taken by your users! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
