I love the fact that KEAP helps us automate much of the follow up that might otherwise be forgotten or missed. We can streamline processes, put people in nurturing campaigns and make sure we are touching bases on a consistent basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI is very intuitive and easy to set up, the funnels allow our team to get insight to our volume per stage and take action effectively from there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The app is limited in terms of not showing the customers in funnels and the ability to search a custom is fairly constrained in the app as well which I would hope would be simpler than finding the customer, the redacting the search just to be able to select said customer. Keap is good. It is formerly known as infusion soft.
We mainly use it for email marketing and contact database storing.
we use keap generally for storing leads in the database. We have several forms on the website and landing pages and we use keap to store leads recorded from the forms in the keap.
Tagging option is really good, it helps us in tagging several forms and by that we can easily find out the contacts we got through different forms.
Keap is also good for email marketing, we can see open rates, bounced contacts, opted out contacts and it is fast and effective. We are using keap from last 3 years and it is our main CRM we use for our complete company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
keap is a huge software, if we use it properly and if we have more knowledge, we will have many benefits. but learning keap will take lots of time, that is only my dislike. its not a Con Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The automation is unmatched. Most CRMS don't have a way to have an "if/then" type setup. With Keap I can complete a task with a yes or a no and it changes the outcomes of what the software does next. The mobile app lacked a little in features. I ended up creating a web page shortcut on my phone to use Keap while on the go. That system worked but it won't have the caller ID then Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

using keap you can automate your marketing campaign. Users can find the generated leads within the system itself. Very inflexible data insights. They have hard-coded reports that are very limited. They give no access to our data, so we can't build our own reports. And they delete the history and any actions taken by your users! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
