What do you like best about Keap?

What I love best about Keap is the constant change and desire for innovation. I see a community that lives to serve. I love how the app keeps coming up with new ways to add additional tech that makes it easier and simpler to use and manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't find many downsides to an app I already love too much. But as far as constructive criticism goes... I believe Keap should improve ways of finding tags. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

Keap did a great job of supporting their clients, especially at the conference that they used to hot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

Ballooning costs with items that were not value add for me as an in-house marketer was the main reason I made the switch away from Keap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

The platform was OK and had a lot of potential but the company itself was terrible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

The company itself was terrible. We were a consulting partner with them, so we sold their platform, and in those interactions, we found that the company had questionable ethics and was cheating us and being unfair Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

Ability to create. I have to keep typing because they require I have minimal characters in order to leave a review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

Limited amount of fields I can create. There is no ability to pull back after deletion. Keap managament does not value clients or relationships. Stop controlling my data input. If I want to leave a short review then let me leave a short review. OMG! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

I enjoy the atmosphere and the ability to contact people whenever. The Customer service is good. I enjoy the ease of the platform and the ability to learn the progress very fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

There isn't much I do not like about Keap. I have no complaints. It does throw me off because the emails go to my spam and i don't get to see them much. It would be cool if they went to my regular account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is hard when emailing someone and coming up with an idea and a direction of it. It's also hard to email on a mass base. This has eliminated time on my part and made my emails more professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

I love the simple format for entering data, the space for all notes , but most of all I love that it sync's with my email for one space for all my records. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

KEAP still has one of the best marketing automation tools available for campaigns and sequences. You are able to track where people are at along the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

KEAP has been playing catch up for several years and definitely isn't innovative. Don't expect to have new things working. You typically will wait 2-4 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

the automations make my work day way more productive and I dont feel like I am missing responding to anyone who reaches out. The automated tasks also help ensure I am not missing anything ant various steps of our process Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When there is an issue- ie someone gets an email to schedule a consultation after they have already had one, and it is difficult to find which autoamtion generated the email to correct the sequence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
