For the past four years, we have utilized Keap for our needs. Although the initial learning process was challenging, the support team was readily available with US-based assistance, just a phone call away. We were able to connect with a tech representative in under a minute, and all members of the support team were polite, understanding, well-informed, and proficient in their comprehension of the product. It took me some time to get the hang of things, but I was grateful for the support that was available during regular business hours. Unfortunately, the chat support was not very helpful outside of those hours. While I understand that 24/7 live support may not be feasible, I would be willing to pay extra for human support that is just as effective as the support provided during business hours. I like having trainings available for me to learn ho tot create automation on my own time. Support is always there to walk me through anything, answer questions as well. I like the functionality and the ease of use with Keap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Keap has some opportunities to improve the calendar function. Right now, I can't customize my availability as much as I would like. I would like to be able to set availability for a Tuesday and have different availability for the following Tuesday. Right now, once I set it, it's the same for all the upcoming Tuesdays. Also, it would be great to have a place to create a membership in Keap and to house content. I was buying Keap as a way to replace several systems and platforms. For the most part, it works that way. However, I want to create a membership, and I have to do that elsewhere. I have written and video content I want to share with clients and there's no place to house any content. So, I have to do that elsewhere. I'm ending up spending just as much if not more than Kajabi or Cartra, etc. to piecemeal things together and would love an all-in-one solution in Keap. Keap allows small business owners like me to create systems and automation to run, grow and scale our businesses. As a solopreneur just starting out, I couldn't hire an assistant to help me schedule appointments or to send out my emails. I was losing potential clients due to lack of follow-up. My business was chaotic. Keap helped me create processes that run, practically on autopilot, while I am working on my business and working for my clients.
