What do you like best about Keap?

For the past four years, we have utilized Keap for our needs. Although the initial learning process was challenging, the support team was readily available with US-based assistance, just a phone call away. We were able to connect with a tech representative in under a minute, and all members of the support team were polite, understanding, well-informed, and proficient in their comprehension of the product. What do you dislike about Keap?

It took me some time to get the hang of things, but I was grateful for the support that was available during regular business hours. Unfortunately, the chat support was not very helpful outside of those hours. While I understand that 24/7 live support may not be feasible, I would be willing to pay extra for human support that is just as effective as the support provided during business hours. What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Keap?

I like having trainings available for me to learn ho tot create automation on my own time. Support is always there to walk me through anything, answer questions as well. I like the functionality and the ease of use with Keap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

Keap has some opportunities to improve the calendar function. Right now, I can't customize my availability as much as I would like. I would like to be able to set availability for a Tuesday and have different availability for the following Tuesday. Right now, once I set it, it's the same for all the upcoming Tuesdays. Also, it would be great to have a place to create a membership in Keap and to house content. I was buying Keap as a way to replace several systems and platforms. For the most part, it works that way. However, I want to create a membership, and I have to do that elsewhere. I have written and video content I want to share with clients and there's no place to house any content. So, I have to do that elsewhere. I'm ending up spending just as much if not more than Kajabi or Cartra, etc. to piecemeal things together and would love an all-in-one solution in Keap. What do you like best about Keap?

Keap allows small business owners like me to create systems and automation to run, grow and scale our businesses. As a solopreneur just starting out, I couldn't hire an assistant to help me schedule appointments or to send out my emails. I was losing potential clients due to lack of follow-up. My business was chaotic. Keap helped me create processes that run, practically on autopilot, while I am working on my business and working for my clients. What do you dislike about Keap?

Keap is a very robust platform, which means it does have a bit of a learning curve. They provide training and plenty of resources to help you learn, but it takes a little time to understand all its abilities fully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keap helps me create processes for collecting leads, following up with them and converting them to customers. It automates all of the things that I routinely do, freeing up more of my time. It helps me automate my appointment scheduling so that I do not have to keep emailing back and forth to find times that work. Instead, my prospects and clients can just choose a time from my calendar availability and schedule themselves - AND my Keap account sends out email reminders for those appointments.
