What do you like best about Keap?

I think with all the features that they have and also the price is reasonable. I think also they have made it easy to use and you can navigate easier throughout the system. Connecting other 3rd party integrations is also super easy. Really happy with this product! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

Keap's ever-expanding platform is keeping my business agile and scalable. I can't say enough how flexible and easy to use this software is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

Some of the functionality uses 3rd party services (funnels, landing pages). Because KEAP does everything else so well, I'd love to see them bring this in-house and watch them continue to slay in the CRM space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

Relatively simple to use, good support, well-established company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

It's a very outdated system not in tune with present technologies. Having used multiple different marketing automation/CRM tools in the past, like Close.com, Highlevel, and Hubspot, I can confidently say that Keap has fallen back from them by a mile. Very little external integrations, no use of AI anywhere on the platform, etc. Functional, just archaic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

I like the customization options the most. There's so much you can do with campaigns that is not possible with other platforms. And their Customer Support is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

I dislike that I cannot see the intracies of the campaigns. When I took over a client's account they had so many automations and its challening to find what's connected to the campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

I like the automations, and the fact that you can teach yourself how to use the automations really well without paying for support if you don't want to. Tons of help articles and tutorials available, and there is also help available if you need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

Some of the reporting is a little funky, and you sometimes need to export certain types of reports to excel to combine them with other types, because you can't report on some different types of information at the same time in Keap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

I just started using Keap in the last week. It seems very comprehensive and the interface is nice. Time will tell if it will do all of the things we need it to do! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

The developer documentation and code samples are very poor. I can't imagine why, after so many years in business, that they don't have better documentation. The code samples they offer are 9 to 11 years old, and for one of the particular things we're doing, we are forced to use the old style of API that they say is being discontinued "soon."
