It's a very outdated system not in tune with present technologies. Having used multiple different marketing automation/CRM tools in the past, like Close.com, Highlevel, and Hubspot, I can confidently say that Keap has fallen back from them by a mile. The developer documentation and code samples are very poor. I can't imagine why, after so many years in business, that they don't have better documentation. The code samples they offer are 9 to 11 years old, and for one of the particular things we're doing, we are forced to use the old style of API that they say is being discontinued "soon."
