Justworks is a great platform that has provided my organization with myriad benefits. What I like most about Justworks is its customer service team. They truly go above and beyond in terms of timeliness, knowledgeability, and helpfulness. The platform is really easy to use as well. We use it every day and there are rarely any problems with it. The UI is incredibly intuitive, support is always available. To top it off, the benefits were the best and more affordable than other PEOs we spoke with. We switched from another PEO to JustWorks and, despite subsidizing more of the premiums for our employees, the annual cost actually decreased for us. While support is very quick to respond, I wish we had a dedicated person to reach out to. I prefer that to sending a message into the ether and hoping they get back. I understand there is a threshold number of employees after which you get a dedicated customer service rep, so this is likely a function of our team being small. Justworks has a great customer support team! Each person that I've spoke with has been patient with us as we have been learning how to use the platform. They are quick to respond , assist , and provide solutions. Jake was our initial contact who made sure we were set up and ready to start! Pete our onboarding specialist was awesome , patient, and frequently communicated with us to ensure we were meeting our goals to be able to onboard by the appropriate date. I use Justworks payroll for my small marketing consulting business. I am taxed as an S-corp and had been shopping for a good payroll solution. At first, I had no knowledge of Justworks. I had asked for recommendations on Twitter/X and they actually DM'd me. After some research, I discovered I was an early user to their Payroll platform and decided to give them a chance. I didn't necessarily like how Justworks integrated with Quickbooks Online. It wasn't easy to understand. My CPA actually recommended I unlink the intergration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's not much to complain about with Justworks, but we had a few communication issues with the renewal process and recommended a lengthier onboarding process when new customers are onboarded close to renewals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The employees at Justworks have been a pleaure to work with. They always respond timely and do not close a ticket unless they are confident you are satisfied. The major downside for us ise...our employees are paid for their billable time they work Monday through Sunday and on holidays. Unfortunately, we can only enter hours for time worked Monday - Friday so we've had to make some adjustments to accomodate the time card system. I would say that it's not a "one size fits all" when it comes to payroll and it would be super helpful if there was a new platform for users like us.
