There are too many great things to name just one. The short list is that Justworks (1) reduces costs to small businesses to offer benefits like health insurance (2) helps my multi-state remote business stay in compliance with a variety of laws and regulations (providing the value of a full-time employee) and (3) has a great user interface (e.g., the new expenses tool has saved us hours of spreadsheet work).
