Throughout my 3 years at Justworks I have had many 'qualified life events' that I had never dealt with before. Throughout each one I required swift action and support from the justworks team and was ALWAYS connected immediately with friendly people that were eager to support. Justworks makes handling payroll and paying contractors so much simpler than I ever thought possible when starting our business 13 years ago. Since we've been working with Justworks, all of my payroll and payroll tax compliance issues for our 9-person team have gone away. I no longer get mail from the IRS asking why I paid but didn't file a form, or vice-versa.

Justworks is a much less expensive version of an employee I'd have to hire to get all this work done otherwise. The Justworks platform is easy to use, intuitive, easy to set up, and full of great features. And their customer support team is top-notch.

I'm not sure if it's a Justworks issue or if it's just health insurance in general in the U.S., but I feel like the health insurance policies they make available to our company could be more competitive and more reasonably priced. But, like I said, that's the problem with health insurance and medical care in the U.S... it's much too expensive and complicated. The system needs an overhaul.
