Justworks is such an easy friendly platform. I have been using it for 8 months and I love it. The best is the team that works behind the scene, they are very knowledgeable and always available to help. It has been a great experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much except that I would like to be able to create labels and customize it a bit. ex: when you upload documents, I wish there were section that pertain to my business or that I don't have to pick "offfer letter' when I upload a promotion letter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
All your financials are in one place and easy to navigate / access. Benefits, documents, retirement, expenses, paystubs, and all the details about your job title and organization are easy to view. The downside of any PEO is that when employees are dealing with 3rd party hassles through insurance or other benefits, the PEO has limited ability to support that. Tha'ts not specific to JW though. On the Justworks time tracking, sometimes the timesheet is for 2 weeks rather than 1 week (which is what I set it and prefer). This causes a but of annoyance because I have to switch it back to one week to make sure I'm not going over my alloted hours Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
