COBRA process for departing employees is confusing and problematic as it is part of an organization that was acquired. Expense reporting is still new but is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unlike most PEOs, you can get benefits and payroll started with as few as two W-2 employees. Our company, Kindness, began with two employees, one of whom was in Hawaii, which has unique rules regarding healthcare. Justworks was one of the only companies willing to tackle this challenge, which allowed us to provide healthcare within a month or two of starting this new company.

They also support paying global contractors (still in beta, I believe), which has helped our company easily expand to hiring outside of the US.

And of course, best of all, you can do almost everything you need via their website which is awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had one payment issue with a global contractor, which was blocked by our bank's ACH guard. Justworks gave us zero notification that this had happened. It made us look bad for not paying someone on time, and I would have really liked to be notified by them instead of the contractor going unpaid.
