What do you like best about Justworks?

Clean interface, 1 stop for all HR needs, good for vacation/ time off tracking and portal for info on all small business needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Justworks?

The phone lines can be down if they are having a company wide team meeting, seems like the company is still very small and understaffed, and they are good customer service (kind) people but don't often have all the knowledge to handle insurance or benefit related matters.
