For a small startup like ours, Justworks makes benefits easy for medical, dental, vision plans as well as the setup for payroll adn 401ks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While it's great to be able to pay international contractors through the same platform, we still have a number of contractors we have to pay separately because those countries aren't on the platform. For those that are on the platform, I still have to set up each payment separately because there's no recurring payment option for international contractors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like to have some control over submission of payroll, while it is great that everything is done automatically, I like to press "Submit" button as an admin.

The down sides of Justworks have been their lack of communication, the lack of proper escalation, and the lack of responsilibility they take for sharing your information with people in your company that have nothing to do with the issue brought to their attention. As an employee outside of HR, I don't get to pick which HR software we use, but I've definitely noticed how easy Justworks is to use. Requesting PTO is simple, and having an org chart with everyone's contact information is really helpful. The app is also great for last minute changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This isn't really a downside but more of a suggestion ... Sometimes I get busy and forget to clock in or out. Our system is set up so that I can't edit it, so I have to ask our administrator to do that. It would be great if I could set up email reminders through Justworks to lock in and out for lunch and at the end of the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have used many softwares for employee services, but JustWorks has been the easiest to navigate. And much faster than others like ADP. I enjoy using it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
