What do you like best about Justworks?

I like the ease of manuvering on the website. I love the ability to access a live agent to chat when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Justworks?

The inability to adjust work hours. We cannot utilize the time and attendance because we have a 7 hour work day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Justworks?

Justworks is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. More importantly, I can quickly access customer service by phone or email. Our employees have not had any complaints. The benefits are also well-priced and of high quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Justworks?

Some features need to be tweaked here or there. For example, the expense submittal feautre does not save the specified project when submitted on the mobile app. I also wish other 401(k) plans could be integrated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Justworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Justworks has improved how we search for benefits, adminsiter payroll, pay contractors, and organize our company overall. I appreciate the recent expansions into the international market as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Justworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

I had issues with my transit benefits. Connecting directly with Optum Financial was not the easiest or most helpful experience. Ended up reaching out to Justworks directly and they were able to assist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Justworks is so easy to use and has all the features our business needs. Their customer support is very helpful and timely. Setting up new employees is a breeze and it makes the hiring process simple. As a small business we are able to gain access to big business employee benefits. Our biggest concern was access to affordable health insurance and joining Justworks has given us access to many affordable health care plans. They have also helped us in obtaining our ERTC refund and their platform makes the hiring process simple and seamless.Justworks is a platform designed to simplify the HR, payroll, and benefits process for our small business. One of their main selling points is their affordable health insurance options, which can be a major concern for many companies. With Justworks, businesses have access to a range of healthcare plans at competitive prices. Justworks' platform also streamlines the hiring process. This is particularly helpful for our small business that does not have a dedicated HR department or resources to manage the hiring process. Justworks offers tools and resources to help with job postings, applicant tracking, and onboarding new employees.Justworks also takes care of payroll administration, including tax calculations and filings. For small business owners who are often juggling multiple responsibilities, this can be a huge time saver.Beyond the administrative tasks, Justworks also offers support for businesses when it comes to compliance with labor laws and regulations. What do you like best about Justworks?

Simple design, relatively easy navigation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Justworks?

PTO tracker is not connected between timesheets and timecards. No schedule to see who works when. System doesn't support 24/7 operations - won't allow PTO on the weekends or holidays. Holiday pay rates have to be calculated manually. PTO for holidays has to be added manually, or you have to remove the holiday from your system set up. Termination process is not linked up to the final pay for the employee. Reporting is limited to 6 months period, instead of full year (timetracking). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
