What do you like best about Justworks?

User accessibly is great. Notification settings are user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Justworks?

Nothing really at the moment. I would say the documents pages could be cleaned up a bit Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that we cannot move employees into the company in a different LLC quickly without terminating them and rehiring them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Justworks?

Reliability of the platform, services, and responsiveness and the ease of access. The implementation and onboarding were painless. Staff at all levels and comfort with technology found it really easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've only been a client for three quarters, but so far no downsides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Justworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're a small organization and need a reliable platform and vendor to handle payroll, paid time off, and basic HR. We function as if we have a fully functioning payroll/HR department,w which would otherwise be out of reach for us. Being part of a PEO gives us access to a wide array of richer benefits than we could negotiate on our own, and benefits are a really important part of what we offer our employees as a not-for-profit. What do you like best about Justworks?

Our company moved to Justworks a year and a half ago and are very happy with the new platform. Everything is very easy to use and the help team responds to all questions very quickly. Switching over was very easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Justworks?

When I first joined, there were some reports I needed but they have since rolled out a brand new analytics and reporting area that captures anything you would need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
