The customer service representatives are knowledgeable on a variety of HR related issues. **What do you dislike about Justworks?** Health insurance options can be limited as to choice of providers and renewals window is short and not condusive to comparing alternative healthcare options outside of JustWorks. **What problems is Justworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** For a small business with one administrator, we do not have to employ staff for specialized areas such as benefits. We also do not have to contract with multiple vendors for payroll, insurance and beneifts. ### 6. You can learn the major functions of Justworks in a one-hour session, and our account mamager is always available to answer more complex questions. I am in Justworks daily, making updates or double checking information. **What do you dislike about Justworks?** I cannot think of anything that I dislike aboug Justworks at this time. We've been using it for two years and there's always a way to execute a new idea or run a specific report. The customer support I received when I had a tax mistake (on JustWorks' end) was solid. The UI is incredibly easy to understand. Payments and time-off are very clear. I really like Aetna & the benefits that Justworks offers. I feel that the platform is very secure with 2FA & uses best principles. No major complaints. **What do you dislike about Justworks?** I really disliked Slavik as a 401k service, but Justworks is changing to Empower so I'll wait and see. My other investments are with Fidelity, but it's not a big deal to me. I also wish that HR documents (company policy and such) were a bit more visible, but maybe that has to do with my company. **What problems is Justworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time-off, payments, organization of benefits, org structure, HR documentation. They handle all of our paperwork, and also our 1099s etc so we never need to worry. The platform also makes it easy to provide numerous benefits and to create policies for vacation, sick leave etc. The support is the best at any software company - you can chat with them, email or even get them on the phone! They are so helpful and friendly too. They have modern technology stack where nothing really feels out of place and bolted on. **What do you dislike about Justworks?** Their benefits options aren't the greatest. For a large PEO they ought to have better group health insurance rates. **What problems is Justworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a small startup and can't hire full time HR roles so a PEO is a no-brainer. He was extremely knowledgeable! His expertise in insurance was also a big reason why we made the switch from TriNet to Justworks. The support we had while we onboarded from the dedicated CRM made the process smooth and the transition really helpful. Anytime I had a question, she was available, courteous and showed me where to find the information I needed. **What do you dislike about Justworks?** I would prefer to have one dedicated CRM, but I understand that model is unsunstainable. That said, if I need help, I just call support or chat with a CRM. **What problems is Justworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cost of payroll, insurance and contractor payments. ### 42. I know it is aopen enrollement, but usually Dental and Vision plans are open all year round. **What problems is Justworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having my days off listed and recorded.
