I definitely like the clean interface. It's very easy to lookup the Company Directory, Org chart, and Calendar as well as your Paystubs, Time off and Benefits. It's a nice tool for new employees to look up company information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When I first started at Next City, we were using ADP. A payroll giant that was too large for our small (only 7 people at the time) organization. Switching to Justworks will be one of my lasting legacies as the administrator for Next City. They make payroll a breeze, offer many health insurance plans and benefits, and provide the flexibility to implement our own policies (PTO, etc.). Justworks was also extremely helpful during the pandemic, especially regarding payroll retention credits. Their customer support is always helpful in answering all of my questions. Most recently, they helped me figure out reports for an audit.

I really enjoy the interactions I have had with Justworks support when needing help. I had gotten locked out of my account a few times and tricked myself into thinking I was compromised when using a VPN. But Justworks support was super fast and helpful. I was on hold for less than a minute and they helped me right away after verifying who I was. I dislike the mobile app for clocking in and out of work. It sometimes is not responsive so I will clock in or out late because of it. But there is an option to edit your time at least, it just leaves a little flag for your admins. I have found it is easier to use if you switch your phone to cellular data first, then clock in or out, then switch back to WiFi. Other than that, I haven't had many other problems with Justworks. Justworks is easy to use and has a mobile app so I can access my payroll and HR information on the go. This is also very helpful as I'm a manager of people and hvae to approve PTO requests. Another amazing function within Justworks is the built in learning. All in all, the interface is a amazing and very intuitive, which makes it easy to use; and that is important to me because I use it every day.
