The best thing I like about Justworks is its easy interface. The menubar at the left has all the important places you need to go. You can easily pull your tax documents. Customer support has been helpful with questions that HR couldn't answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

High fee for international payment. Reporting of 1099s and W2s could improve. It's hard to tell how many 1099s or W2s are issued in a year. It allows you to download a CVS report for that year, but you have to go through the list and separate out your contractors and employees yourself to be able to tell the number of 1099s and W2s.
