Everything. HR tools. Reporting functions for our SIMPLE IRA contributions. Tracking time off, employment authorizations and dates. Integration with QuickBooks and our accountant. The website is very easy to navigate and use. The notifications for needed document signatures or other actions to do are much appreciated. Justworks provides a very straightforward experience for employees to manage benefits, time off, and payroll settings. The customer support is also incredibly responsive and helpful. It is unclear what the options of health insurance are for a company using Justworks. With small companies, the choice for insurance or benefits typically warrants doing what works best for the majority of folks, but it would be great to see if other options exist and how well they fit your company demographics (as non-admin user).
