"User-Friendly and Intuitive Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Iterable?

Iterable is intuitive, easy to navigate and user-friendly. I value the ability to build and manage multi-channel campaigns all within a single platform. In particular, the segmentation tool has opened up new ways to refine our targeting, while the drag-and-drop builder has saved our team both time and effort.

Customer support has also been excellent. Shoutout to our CSM Claire, who has been instrumental in troubleshooting and making sure we get the most out of the platform. I appreciate being able to submit feature requests and actually see them implemented, as this involvement makes me feel connected to the development of the features I use and more invested in the platform overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iterable?

There's a couple of areas where I'd appreciate further development, e.g. functionality to organise lists and group them into folders, and also a clear way to monitor the growth and development of lists and segments over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Deja Darrington of Iterable

Supporting intuitive campaign management and meaningful personalization is core to what we aim to deliver, so it’s encouraging to see that reflected in your experience. It’s also great to hear that collaboration with your CSM and the ability to submit feature requests have added value. Your input on list organization and visibility into segment growth is noted and appreciated as we evolve the platform. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review.

"Effective Automation with Outstanding Assistance"
4/5
What do you like best about Iterable?

I like the support I receive from our CSM and the different features that emerge during the roll out. They help me know how to do things better, follow best practices, and identify opportunities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iterable?

I think the catalog section could have better connectivity for use in flows and segmentation. Just in making the data accessible, for example, being able to call catalog fields directly. The initial setup was somewhat complicated since it was something completely new and we used somewhat old platforms, so the integration is still being figured out. "A feature set several years behind the competition"
0/5
What do you like best about Iterable?

Iterable was reasonably well appreciated by our internal engineers as a tool that was easy enough to pipe data into and work with. The UX of the journey building system is easy to understand, and even if it needs refinement, it is an 'easier' solution for smaller teams who require less flexibility or more advanced features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iterable?

Iterable, especially contrasted against industry mainstay competitors (eg, Braze, Salesforce, etc) falls short in its feature set. It simply isn't as robust as its counterparts, and even things like A/B testing functionality have hurdles involved within their journey builder that simply do not exist on other platforms.

I found our account management representatives to be particularly unflexible and difficult to work with, and contrasting to other providers, Iterable is comparatively a small cost savings, but not nearly enough to justify the significant downgrade in quality and features. It's, generally, a few years behind its larger competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Proactive Support and Flexible Automation for Healthcare"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Iterable?

I like the proactive approach that the Iterable team takes to solve customer issues, which is great for us since we're in the healthcare field and have different needs than traditional B2C tactics. Iterable allows us to pivot effectively. I value the Journey Assist feature, which helps me focus more on strategy rather than the creation of communication points. The initial setup was fairly easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iterable?

I think Iterable could improve by customizing the user profile and being able to utilize that data more effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Email, SMS & Push with AI That Speeds Up Journey Building"
4/5
What do you like best about Iterable?

That I’m able to manage email, sms and push all in one platform. It makes reaching the customer on the right channel a lot easier as opposed to relaying on plugins or software like zapier. The Ai features also help speed up the work like building journeys which is really important when working on a lean team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iterable?

Setting up API connections or custom events can be a little finicky and one action might break another, make sure you’re testing it all. Having a strong software engineer on your team is helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Lifecycle Marketing with Ease"
5/5
What do you like best about Iterable?

I really like Iterable's easy-to-use interface and great functionality, which makes managing journeys simple. Being able to scale lifecycle programs fast and test and iterate based on results is a big plus. I also appreciate how well-organized the initial setup was, making the transition smooth. Having used it at another company and bringing it to my new one, I can definitely say I love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iterable?

Sometimes I wish analytics were more robust or easier to access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Communication Management with Powerful Tools"
5/5
What do you like best about Iterable?

I like how easy Iterable is to use, but also how powerful it is. I can build anything I wish with the tools provided. I find all the tools very easy to use, from initial setup to any situation that the marketing team may throw at us. I also enjoy how Iterable continues to build on their suite of products incorporating AI, especially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iterable?

There are always future updates that I look forward to. Specifically in managing data and fields and how we can best incorporate that into our campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Campaign Folders Keep Client Projects Organized"
4/5
What do you like best about Iterable?

I like the option to organize Campaigns in folders, which helps keep different client projects organized. Iterable's support team is another great feature, where it's easy to speak with a human, and the automated chat responses, if a human isn't available, are helpful to reference & document projects when we're troubleshooting items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iterable?

I dislike the journey/campaign setup of Iterable. Sometimes it can be difficult to locate which Journey a Campaign is in because of the way the emails/campaigns/templates are accessed, making it difficult to weave in and out of making email edits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Multi-Channel Journeys, Needs Deeper Analytics"
4/5
What do you like best about Iterable?

I like how Iterable makes complex multi-channel customer journeys easy to design and operate without heavy engineering support. A new user can quickly and easily track the flow for a marketing campaign setup for a custom audience, and you can search for individual users via their user ID. I appreciate how it helps us send the right message to the right customer segment at the right time via email. The initial setup was fairly easy, making it less daunting to start using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iterable?

It's harder to get deep funnel analysis and journey level impact which can be more valuable. It can add multi-step product funnels like signup, KYC, first transaction, and repeat usage. Measure journey level impact like for holdout and non-holdout group. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Straightforward and flexible"
5/5
What do you like best about Iterable?

The features are straightforward to learn and utilize, but this is not at the expense of flexibility or quality. The segmentation using both user profile fields and event data is especially helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iterable?

I would love to see improvements to Smart Ingest functionality, particularly the speed of the service. The length of time it takes to sync data with Iterable has been somewhat limiting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Deja Darrington of Iterable

We're glad to hear that you find Iterable's features straightforward and flexible. We appreciate your feedback on the Smart Ingest functionality, and we're continuously working to improve the speed and efficiency of our services.
