What do you like best about isolved?

I use iSolved every day as the HR Admin and Benefits Coordinator. I do like the product overall and everything is pretty self explanitory for the most part. I am a person who prefers to do everything myself instead of having to reach out to a third party to get things done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about isolved?

The customer support has not always been the best and I do not like how much I have to reach out to them to get some things done because we do not have access to that part of the system. I have a lot of issues with iSolved blocking some New Hire inititations for no reason and then I have to reach out to customer support and they do not get back with me very efficiently. As someone who tries to make onboarding as seamless as possible, this can be a headache. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about isolved?

Where do I start? Let's begin at the beginning—iSolved Hire is truly amazing and incredibly easy to use. The onboarding process, both for us and our new employees, has been a dream. Setting up employees with cloud access is seamless, and the ability for them to clock in and out directly from their phones is a fantastic feature.

Using Teams to answer questions or request time off further enhances the experience, making everything more streamlined and efficient. On the back end, the HR tools are user-friendly and versatile, offering a wide array of options to meet our needs. What do you like best about isolved?

Bringing isolved on as our payroll and HR solution was one of the best decisions we made as a mid-sized non-profit. The platform is easy to implement and use, and the customer support is available to assist and guide us when we are in need. We use the payroll solution on a daily basis and are able to run all the reports we need and process payroll in minutes. isolved has fit seamlessly into our daily functions. The HR support we receive is like having a dedicated HR department on-site. The services are professional and all-encompassing. We are a better run organization because of isolved. What do you dislike about isolved?

I wish there was more ability for admins to make updates/changes on the backend of the payroll solution. It is sometimes a bother to have to reach out to customer support for a minor edit to a field. What do you like best about isolved?

I love the fact that we can utilize iSolved to add all certifications and it sends a reminder to the employee and will cc HR to remind them that the certification will expire. Along with any other documentation set to expire. Great feature! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about isolved?

My only dislike is the clocking in and out via the app. A lot of our employees complain about needing to be in a certain area of the office for the punch to get captured. Even if they are in the office, sometimes it states they are outside the geo fence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about isolved?

Isolved is so user friendly. You can pick it up very easily whether you are a first time HRIS/HCM user or if you have been using a different system. I love that I have a Client Success Manager, a Dedicated Service Rep, and an HR Services Rep - who are the absolute best in the business. Missi, Katie, and Casey are absolute experts in their fields and I know that whatever I need help with, they will be there for me. The customer service I receive is top notch. What do you like best about isolved?

I appreciate there is a helpdesk that is dedicated to helping staff and us in HR. We are able to call in and they are able to resolve our issues pretty quickly. It is very helpful for our smaller HR team to have this dedicated team to look into system issues or bugs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about isolved?

I like that Isolved is ususally very good about solving my issues. When you call in the people are generally very ehplfula nd if do not know the answer open a case and get back to you quickluy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about isolved?

The reports are easy to understand, previewing payroll before running Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about isolved?

iSolved is not very intuitive, especially for people without an HR or finance background. I'm good with technology and can always pick up how to use something, but I've had a lot of trouble with this. I could compare it to trying to use Photoshop if you have no training or related background.
