What do you like best about Hootsuite?

Drop dead easy to use! Makes social scheduling a breeze. I particularly like that I can review a years worth of posts. It helps to get the creative ideas flowing, you often forget what you did a year ago, and being able to go back and review, makes tweaking and reusing old ideas a breeeze. Sometimes thinking up new ideas daily can be daunting, so recyling and updating past ideas is helpful. Interfaces well with all the platforms I use for social. Plans are very affordable. I have saved so much time, therefore money, being able to schedule all my social posts from Hootsuite. I can't end the review without mentioning how great it is to have AI assistance in writing posts, they are perfect every time. Finally, when it comes to generating ideas, it is helpful to have the calendar reminders of all the Special Days of the Years. With AI caption writing assistance, it makes it easy to come up the posts for special days. I post daily so using Hootsuite has made it easy to plan many days in advance, so i can even take a vacation and not worry. What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

Not particular to Hootsuite, I don't believe, but there are occassional instances when posts fail. Sometimes it evident that it is an issue with the social channel, but sometimes, it can be a Hootsuite issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hootsuite?

Hootsuite has allowed me to seamlessly schedule posts across multiple accounts, on different social media websites, with ease. It has saved me HOURS in managing inboxes, as I can do it all from one single place. Their customer service is also incredibly responsive and helpful, which makes any hiccups I encounter (both on their side, and my side) easy to figure out. What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

Hootsuite still has some issues when it comes to being able to click through to instagram accounts to find someones name, not their username. There are a few other bugs here and there, but nothing too major. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hootsuite?

What do you like best about Hootsuite?

I am in charge of the social media marketing for two sister companies, each with multiple social media streams. Hootsuite allows me to see all those streams at one time, post to one or multiplend even provide imagery if I need something quick. I especially love the ability to create Instagram posts on the big computer screen rather than o feeds at once an my phone. As a busy professional, I appreciate how Hootsuite keeps everything organized and on track—it’s like having an extra set of hands! What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

I've had difficulties with scheduling posts ahead of time. Sometimes they simply disappear and I have to recreate them. Streams often disconnect, reasons unknown, and have to be reconnected. Not a big deal but just slows down the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having to log into multiple accounts under two different company names is time-consuming and frustrating. Hootsuite allows me to access BOTH company's streams without logging in and out multiple times. I can post information to each individual account or post the same information to them both simultaneously. It saves time, which, in the long run, saves money. The top-notch analytics feature provides detailed insights into engagement and performance that help me fine-tune my strategy. What do you like best about Hootsuite?

I started using Hootsuite a few years ago and never looked back. The platform is very easy to use and user-friendly. I get to manage all my social media channels from one simple dashboard not to mention the integration with other software and the data that i get from the performances of my channels. What do you like best about Hootsuite?

I love that I am able to post on all platforms at once and customize each experience with tailored tags, hashtags, and other mentions. It makes it much easier when I can add links to Facebook and LinkedIn that allow it and customize differently for Instagram since characters tend to be shorter and link process is different. I am a one person team for a non-profit with less than 10 staff members so time is of the essence especially when we wear many hats. Hootsuite makes social media management a breeze and keeps me organized especially if I have vacation/PTO planned where I am not able to post in real time. What do you like best about Hootsuite?

I love that ability to plan ahead-and to post on multiple socials. It makes social media management a breeze. In 30 minutes I can have all my social posts for a month for my two companies all planned out! The AI feature adds a little boost when I'm unhappy with my copy. I wish that it allowed me the ability to tag persoal accounts. I do a lot of posting for a business and would love to tag their sales reps in photos, however, it doesn't allow that. Once the post is live it's been very difficult to add a tag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hootsuite?

I like how easy it is to use and the analytics tools that it offers. I've tried multiple social media managing apps/softwares and their analytics typically do not compare to the depth and relevance of the analytics that Hootsuite offers. I like how easy it is to manage and post on multiple social profiles all in one place. What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

I think the least helpful thing about Hootsuite is not being able to see a feed layout. I know for most of our clients having a harmonious and aesthetically pleasing feed is essential for their brands and so having an option to view what your feed will look like with scheduled content would be helpful.
