There are a lot of changes and beta things on Hootsuite. That's a challenge when you are used to a few actions on the platform and suddenly something changes. We use Hootsuite to schedule posts on FB, Insta, and Twitter/X. It's easy to upload media, write captions, and see the best times recommended to post. It's nice to have everything all in one. Customer service was also helpful when we had issues. Analytic metrics are great for comparing our progress to our competitors. We also occasionally use the AI tool to help brainstorm caption ideas, which is a great tool when you're in a creative rut. Overall, very happy with the program. We regularly post stories, which we have to do separately through Meta Business Suite. We also do reels through Meta. It'd be nice to be able to do that all in Hootsuite. We also experience a weird bug where the caption box goes rogue (customer service has helped us troubleshoot and fix this in the past but it still happens every once in a while, so weird.).
