Using hive is very easy and very basic. One thing that I liked the most about hive and its upsides is it organize my tasks very well as well as I can easily search for my other colleague's task if there's an instance that they need my support and I need to find their task. Sometimes there's a bug that keeps it slow. For example on the action card sometimes if i have to upload a photo on the comment section it doesn't show on the attachment above and i tried to refreshed it but sometimes i think its a bug then i'll just wait for it to be gone and after a while it'll be gone. Hive is very easy to use and very easy to customize. I get my tickets every day in my system and it lets me plan everything in a very organized and easy to maintain system. I use it every day and their customer support is incredible. We have integrated into all of our computers in the offices and in the shop floor. It would be great if Hive would autorespond or if I could directly respond to the users that are creating a ticket. I like that it's very easy for me to create tasks/actions to break down processes, find holes in processes, automatically generate time tables so that all parties can quickly and easily know where every project is at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing I like the most on Hive is that when I have to support my workmate it is easy to locate their task by searching on the navigation bar. I also like the different layouts on the action cards and the ability to freely change layouts where you are most comfortable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes I encounter bugs on Hive. For example, in the action card, I have mentioned in the comment section my account manager and because of the bug, it does not appear to him and the result will be he will never see the comment I made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
