It is intuitive, easy to use, and what you can't figure out? They have great customer support and the Hive Univeristy. We use it daily. Like in daily task lists, the templates are AWESOME!. Hive is simple to use and yet has some very rich features. Our organization uses "just the basics", but we have been thrilled with ease of onboarding and the flexibility to use as much or as little of Hive features as we need.
One of the BEST things about using Hive is the ability to ask for and more importantly GET features you need. The process is easy and the communication on status of requests is outstanding. We were early adopters of Hive and had many feature requests early on that were implemented quickly. I work with other cloud based platforms that DO NOT take user input for feature requests and if they do, they are not responsive to ideas. With HIVE, I've always felt that they care about the user experience first and foremost.
In addition, if you ever need assistance or help trying to do something in Hive, the Hive Support is highly responsive and always answers questions or fixes issues promptly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really enjoy the multiple ways to view the project management data. For example, when I'm focused as a do-er, I like the Kanban view. When I have my project management hat on, I want to see the Gnatt View. There are several other views as well that are super helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Like most software, it has a few counterinutitive quirks but once you learn them, it's easier...and it kinda has a 'Hive logic'. Once you learn to think like they do, the whole program becomes easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What amazed me from day 1 is the simplicity and completeness of functions that this tool has. Apart from that, the fact that it continuously evolves based on the users feedback is another big plus! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reporting feature could use improvement. It would be beneficial to include more detailed metrics, such as client-induced delays and on-time completion rate. Also some time navgating through app is very complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Love the user interface, project management tools, and ability to message one another without the need for email. Feels casual but professional. I use it very frequently and always keep it open throughout my work day. It's great, non-intimidating, and integrates very nicely into my workflow and workday. I have very few downsides! Only one it there is an occasional glitch that makes the app shift in the window up about a half inch so that I can't access the toolbar at the top and makes it difficult to see. Relaunching the app doesn't fix the issue, the only way to fix is to restart my computer when this happens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hive is a game changer! It's rich with features yet remains simple to use which has contributed to our adoption rate! It allows just the right amount of customization so that it can align with your internal project management processes, such as custom forms that can be used to open a project or create a task within an existing project. You can also create custom fields that can capture project data then use them in reports, custom views, as well as create custom project templates and task (action card) templates. Hive is extremely transparent with their roadmap. Customers can submit feature requests and other customers can vote on the requests indicating popularity. Thus a lot of the features Hive releases, which are several and often, are based on collaboration from their customers. And did I mention their customer support is wonderful?! There are so many features that are worthy of mention, but instead of trying to list them all here, I would encourage anyone to give Hive a try. You won't be disappointed. The structure of the status view is really helpful to me and my co-workers. Everything is cleanly laid out so you can organize what you need to get things done for a project. The newest Hive integration of Tabs is super helpful for me to attach high-priority client requests without thinking too hard about what filters and statuses to switch over to. Sometimes Hive is a little slow, but I think it's a cache issue. This isn't really a dislike but I would love more integration of different tools and platforms geared to social media management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
