It is a perfect tool to track tasks to perform a project management effectively. It allows you to visualize in detail the processes and progress in the tasks to be performed and even offers the ability to share project updates with all coworkers. It was a bit complicated to adapt to Hive, it has functions that at work we did not understand at all. It was necessary a learning process and preparation to manage the configuration and personalization. However, we managed to adapt to its use and its constant updates. I like it because it is very practical when discussing modifications in projects, it allows me to move finished tasks and those that are not yet finished from one card to another, it is very collaborative and allows us to follow up on projects in real time, as well it allows other engineers that we have out of the country, participate collaboratively by accessing hive and see the progress of projects that are loaded, even each user can choose their view, allows to see tasks and sub tasks in a way, and a view of calendar, in case you are looking for projects for their dates to deliver, so much so that we have tried and since I did, our tasks and projects really are more clear and simple. When I download the mobile version, when I enter my username and password, it does not show me any information, but until I have made several attempts, and some times it has happened to me that some tasks already loaded disappear, but I write to the support, and it is wonderful , because they have solved me at the moment and I have felt comfortable with their attention. Easy to set up an endless list of projects with sub-projects and tasks. Easy enough for any team to customize it to your needs. Offers most of the functionality you'd like to see in a project management tool.

It’s so great in collaborating with a larger team. We use this especially to collaborate with our overseas manufacturer as well as between our in office cross functional teams. I think the overall look of Hive is pretty disorganized. It’s a glorified excel document in looks and it seems like they need some heavy duty hands on UX and UI work or to hire better ones if they have them. We have had issues with small buggy things and their app is basically useless this is definitely not a program to be used on the phone - not as is at least. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
