One of the biggest shortcomings of Hive is that the quality of customer service is extremely poor as they are very slow to respond to any type of email, adding to this that they also need to train their installation staff for greater organization of time spent with customers. My team manages 20+ marketing projects at any given time, each with their own unique shapes and sizes. Hive enabled us to cleanly build and track projects, visualize project status and bottlenecks, and also (from a manager view) use analytics to identify which projects were taking us disproportionately more time than others.
