What is really great with Hive is that you can create projects, add your collaborators, include deadlines, and attach documents. We use Google Drive for our documents, and sometimes, documents can get lost in the drive. However, with Hive, when creating a project (or a to do list), you can easily include google docs, spreadsheets, etc. to the project for easy access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is NOT intuitive. There are so many ways to do things that it takes quite a while for the 'older' generation to learn it. Younger folks have less trouble. The project navigator and Hive cards are very effective for our reporting structure. It's very collaborative for our team to make edits to the project cards. So we are happy. I also love using the chat feature to talk to my colleagues. Many of them work in a remote capacity and the hive chat is my primary means of communicating with them.
