I have been with Hive for approximately two years. They are very responsive and listen to their users. They have a great system for gathering user feedback and update the software based on that feedback often. I find myself getting a little giddy when they release updates. I am not in love with the UI. The UX is mostly ok. But as a designer, the UI is fairly basic and maybe not always straightforward or pleasing as it should be. Kind of takes away from a great product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Love the ability to create multiple "projects" view each project based on the "status" view. The additional filters and search functionality make it very easy to find something that would take much longer if skimming through emails. I have noticed there are occasionally issues with connecting my third-party software and accounts to Hive, including occasional outages.
