What do you like best about Hive?

Collaboration among co-workers is spectacular, and we're able to work in real-time remotely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hive solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're able to move all of our different web applications into the hive, we can chat with each other, work on projects, store meeting minutes, and track time, and more. We're saving so much admin time by centralizing everything. Taking out the step of emailing back and forth within the office space. Also eliminating the process of waiting for approval of projects. What do you like best about Hive?

Gives us a detailed view of upcoming work, resources required, and where we can best optimize to get the most work done in the best way. I can see where our team is getting stuck, where I can intervene as a leader to get the team unstuck, and where we are likely to hit stuck points in the future. What do you dislike about Hive?

The threaded reply's function does not work as well as it should, and some of the analytics are still a work in progress. I need more detailed analytics on where hours are being spent and where efficiencies can be gained in our work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hive?

That I can create sub-folders within each project depending on its breadth. I also like that I can directly schedule meetings from the workspace to my Outlook calendar. I tried the paid version for a while and liked that I could incorporate the workspace within my team's app. Super helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hive?

When using the notes feature, it doesn't automatically save your work. If you navigate elsewhere, it deletes your notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hive?

Hompage Column-wise views with the status of tickets which is very useful for tracking our pending and new tickets with just a glance; overall UI is eye-catching for sure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The current view inside a ticket is quite chaotic, and not so easy to track the various metrics like Subcategory, Status, and SLA. I would suggest making it look more manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
