It's very simple to use yet it has so many features that can be used in different ways. Either managing projects. Or assigning tasks to team members, following up on current tasks, you name it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, the only down would be the price point. It's a bit expensive but is still the best service we have used and provides all the tools we need to keep all of our projects running and on time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Keeping track of projects and tasks has never been easier. You can easily track the progress of a task from beginning to end and see the notes and changes along the way. It also gives employers the ability to track hours in hive if they have hourly workers, which is a feature other communication services do not offer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing Hive needs to work on is its mobile app. I have an Android phone and Hive on mobile is pretty much unusable due to extreme lag. I have had no issues with Hive on a desktop, but sometimes replying to a message from a mobile device would be much more convienent. It keeps on sending reminders about the taks which are already completed via email which creates confusion and our inbox also gets flooded with those kind of emails. According to me I think it should only send reminders for the tasks which remian incomplete for a day after the day ends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
