Keeping track of projects and tasks has never been easier. You can easily track the progress of a task from beginning to end and see the notes and changes along the way. The only thing Hive needs to work on is its mobile app. I have an Android phone and Hive on mobile is pretty much unusable due to extreme lag. I have had no issues with Hive on a desktop, but sometimes replying to a message from a mobile device would be much more convienent. Hive features a mostly intuitive UI across browsers and desktop/mobile devices with its Hive App. The service makes tracking project status and related notes (such as temporary contacts) effortless, while offering customizable status fields and columns. The UI is a bit confusing until you get used to it. Getting started and introducing it to my team members was difficult, but that might be more due to my own unfamiliarity with Hive as I tried to train my teammates. There's some custom setup required to get dashboards and views that accomplish what I want, but now that I've got that setup it's easy to access the reports I need. The mobile application fails to provide features that exist in the desktop version thus causing difficulties during computer absences.
