The best things about working with hive are the organizational part, the possibility to schedule working hours and, without a doubt, the platform's intuitiveness to open, schedule, organize and optimize your work time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I believe needs more improvements are the application for pc and mobile. they are kinda hard to read and do some urgent things, and beside that, consumes a lot of ram from the hardware. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it has what it takes to put instructions for the whole team. There are no buttons or options that are confusing or that they do not deal with like other management platforms like this one Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it falls and does not allow anything to be done, perhaps it is the servers, and when that happens, it is chaos!! It seems to me that the improvements could be totally in the stability of the platform since all the tools and functions are helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I explored various task management tools, trying out several before finding Hive Management. The easy navigation makes it a breeze to work with everyone, and inviting them to collaborate is just wonderful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With so much stacked up, managing everything and keeping track of it can be challenging. However, I discovered that the dashboard feature can help with this issue, although it is now part of the paid version. :( Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been a project manager for over 13 years and Hive is truly the best project management system out there, period. I have evaluated over 20 systems throughout my career, and nothing comes close to Hive. I love it's flexibility and intuitive nature, AND it's clean, modern design. I appreciate Hive because I am able to adapt each project based on the needs of the project team. I have never seen a system be so flexible. It can operate like Jira, with flexibility.
I don't think I could ever use another project management system after using Hive because there are intuitive features that I now come to rely on. There's simple things such as yellowing out dates on the calendar for holidays, and then there are major BRILLIANT features like the integration with Salesforce and automation.
Just a note on the integration with Salesforce, the way it is designed and is fantastic because you can seemlessly integration with Salesforce yourself. I do not need to bring an engineer to build something custom.
The team at Hive are always 20 steps ahead. They are frequently leasing new updates and building the system and every time there's a new release, it's like Christmas morning. The cool thing about the way they handle their releases is that I can review them on my own time. If I am swamped with a project, I can go back and read the release notes when I have a minute. Hive is also extremely thoughtful about HOW the releases are done. My system has never been interrupted because of one of their deployments, and their releases are done in such a way where I can choose to use them or not. So if my team won't use a feature or isn't ready for it, it doesn't impact our work, but is there should we ever try to use it.
I also want to champion the Hive staff specifically. They all are INCREDIBLE. The onboarding, account team, technical support, etc., Everyone is so friendly, professional, and on point. Hive is the gold standard for vendor partnerships, and again, this is another reason why I'd never be able to stop using Hive, I've gotten accustomed to such high quality and THOUGHTFUL support. The team at Hive are excellent thought partners and I can come to them any time with a question or idea and they partner with me to work through it.
It's difficult to simply state why I love Hive, so the above is just a snapshot. This system is MASSIVE, but not in an overwhelming way. I always like to say, you can choose your adventure with Hive, and it's so true. My colleagues and partners across the org are able to use Hive in a way that meets their individual needs, and yet, we are all in a project management system that allows us to work together, even if our individual work flows differ a bit. THAT is a major win. No other system can do that, and that is one of the biggest things that sets Hive apart from the rest of the crowd. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, it's a perfect system. I am not bias, but I can't actually think of something I dislike about Hive. They have an amazing setup that allows me and other users to post questions and recommendations, and since starting with Hive (almost 3 years ago) I have seem a number of my feature requests implemented. What more can I ask from a partner? The systems not buggy, the Hive team communicates if there are down times or bugs (which is RARE and my teams workflow has NEVER been impacted by this), so I honestly can't pick out something to dislike. I love it because the platform is very visual and supports creating dashboards that you can customize to fit your project needs. I have several projects for different clients and Hive makes it easy to track all of them separately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't really like that it moves horizontally, so it can feel like an endless scroll to get where you want to go. And sometimes managing multiple boards and themes is unwieldy and switching between boards is a pain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that it allows multiple users to work on the same project, it has the ability to segregate different tasks within a project. It's a solid project management tool, I love the way they use boards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Notification features could be better oranized, it can be a bit overhelming if you are using it for the first time. The platform presented me with some challenges when trying to log in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really liked Hive because it improves collaboration and project management and its features are good. I like the color coding for projects and the ease of completing work. I also loved the attendance recording and forms feature and it is perfect for me and my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far we haved had any major problems. Just little things that have been fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hive's main strength is its power and flexibility, combined with its ease of use and focus on user experiences. This project management tool is very easy to use and has helped me stay focused and organized on project goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes managing multiple boards and themes is difficult to manage and switching between boards is complicated. Also, when you have many workspaces, it can sometimes be difficult to find the one you like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This tool is good, productive and essential for organizing and keeping projects on track, as well as day-to-day planning. I like the customziation and being able to see the status of projects in one view, plus I loved the management and collaboration for different projects and its calendar and editing and management. Tracking edits and changes is difficult and sometimes confusing in certain areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that you can customize the platform to what you want to accomplish, it's very effective for project management. It's proven to be an invaluable tool, making it easy to manage multiple projects in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a few features I would like to see added, I wish it had a clock at the top. It can take a little getting used to. Improve search functionality would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hive has multiple tools that help us develop our "all-in-one" projects, the visual Gantt format, the assignment of tasks to those responsible, and the way Hive brings all these parts together in the same window. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I don't like about Hive, probably the communication with other users, emphasizing that their specialty is not communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
