Hireology is an easy to use platform that simplifies the hiring process. You are able to outline the interview process in the system and create interview guides for each stage of the process. This makes it easy to share with hiring managers and other people that are involved in the interview process. I use Hireology on a daily basis and the applicant/resume review is easy and effective. What I like most about Hireology is the communication that comes with it. Hireology allows me to communicate with all the canidates and alerts me to make sure I don't forget about anything. Hireology is very convenient for me and the company that I work for. It runs very smooth and I never have any problems. Hireology has also showed me the progress that has been made since I've started using it. When Hireology has problems, they fix it right away and Vertical is very appreciative of that. I think the most helpful thing about Hireology is the eas of setup, and also the team that helps get everything implemented. We were able to easily understand the program and process, and were pleased with the results of posting applications online. It has made the hiring process a bit smoother for us. Not necesarily a downside, but I think it there was a team at Hireology who helped pull more brand information into the hiring mini website pages for a company, it would be a selling point for many. Less content writing on the brand side is always a benefit, and it took some time for us to pull together all the information we wanted included on the page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I was attracted to Hireology because it closely and natively integrates with Wellsky/Clearcare. The goal was to reduce the administrative burden on hiring required by the old ATS. Hireology blew me away for the powerful features it has for the affordable price behind it. By moving to Hireology, the company is saving almost $250/month for more features, better analytics, and a smoother candidate experience. Shout out to Brett and Madiha for being amazing people in helping me get the platform setup. I also greatly apprecaited Kristen for setting up time to review our experience and that all three individuals were very receptive to the barrage of questions and constructive feedback. The only thing that I dislike and have given feedback on is that I cannot see every candidate for every job in a single list that shows me their status on hiring steps. I currently have to click into a job to see that information. The frustration is that we list the same title in different geographies, so ultimately I want to know the status for everyone in that job, regardless of location. I really enjoy the integration between Hireology and ADP and the ability to click a few buttons to get my pre-hire tasks complete! It was not complicated at all to implement and launch our Career Page and now we use it daily to complete our recruiting and hiring process. So far the only real issue I have encountered has to do with some updates creating the necessity to switch browsers in order for the integration to sync properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hireology has so many great features, it's hard to select just one. It's easy to open and post a job using templates that were created and saved as master templates under our Hireology account. since I deal with multible locations, the abillity to advance or decline canidates to holding spot and move them from one spot to the other without completly loosing them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have found a few things I would change like...tracking canidates is tough, if I advance a applicant and transfer to a location and set a interview and manually put it on my calendar when the appointment comes I have trouble finding that applicant at times with no reference where they are.
Next the canudate is transfered to a location the information stays in the original location and doesn't update the history from the new spot they were transfered.
Nexted a dashboard to show progress on current, MTD or YTD canidates in the hiring process. no way to acurratly track who I hired after it moves to Hiring manager or HR. maybe a email that says, "Jonny Brown" just completed 7 year history or Back ground or "Johnny Brown" hire date. "Johnny Brown" start date... would be helpful but a great tool for sure. Thank you! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is so easy to navigate the various windows. Reviewing applicants, moving them forwad, and communicating with them is simple, and we rarely, if ever, run into technical issues. We connected it with Indeed which was a simple process. When we had to ach out to support, they got back to us in a timely manner and were helpful with our questions. I wish the reporting tab had a few more ways to filter results in order to get insights on specific job postings, not just all candidates! The insights page would be nice if it had more reports on it like average interview attendance, etc. Other than those small things, we enjoy using Hireology! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
