
I've always appreciated the Hireology ATS and related portal functionality, but have grown to appreciate the company's efforts to enhance further support of the all-important steps that occur between Recruitment and Onboarding!!!! Those steps are what I refer to as the Qualification stage and there are a number of features available such as credentials collection and staging of information for the candidate. Hireology has made significant progress in this regard and thereby increased the value proposition for this user! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a minor inconvenience to have to "refresh" my job ad every 90 days or so based on changing search engine requirements, meaning this is not attributable to Hireology. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
