You can have almost any process there. This is super helpful in small organisation when flexibility is a must. Customer support is always ready to help solve issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would love to have step-by-step exemplary guidelines on how to create particular processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's easy to use as a member of a small team - you don't need a dedicated HRIS team or analyst to use, update, customize and confugure the system, anyone who is tech savvy can adminsiter this system, set up integrations, customize and configure modules etc. The development team is continuously improving and releasing new features and there is a very active user community. There are some limitations that can't be worked around - it's a trade off between being easy to use and being completely customizable. for the most part i can do everything i need, sometimes I need a workaround or a less than ideal solution. But in general the product team listen and prioritizes adding features that lots of the users want. There is also no direct customer support, so everything is ticket based so no matter the urgency it's always got to wait for the ticket to be responded to via email. HiBob, the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), has certainly impressed me with its intuitive interface and user-friendly design. The platform allows users to easily arrange various processes and settings, making it a breeze to customize it to fit our organizational needs. One of the standout features of HiBob is the wealth of inspiration, learnings, and instructions it provides. This guidance is incredibly valuable for both new and experienced users, ensuring that we can make the most of the platform's capabilities.
Another major advantage of HiBob is the ability to discuss settings and solutions with other users. This collaborative aspect fosters a sense of community and shared knowledge, allowing us to troubleshoot and optimize our use of the system more effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
However, there are some drawbacks to HiBob that I feel need addressing. One significant issue is the implementation of changes that have not been thoroughly tested. These updates sometimes lead to disruptions in the already established solutions, causing unnecessary complications.
Moreover, as we continue to design and develop our use of HiBob, we have encountered several limitations within the system that have hindered our progress. These blockages can be quite frustrating, especially when our success manager is unable to provide us with clear guidance on how to navigate these challenges or adjust our settings to achieve the desired outcomes.
In summary, while HiBob offers a great deal of functionality and support, there are areas that require improvement, particularly in terms of testing updates and providing comprehensive solutions to system limitations. With some refinements, HiBob has the potential to be an even more powerful tool for HR management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hi Bob is great I use it daily, has a very easy interface and people seem to get on with it very well. We really like the reporting elements of it and the e-signature abilities.
The customer support team are fab and it's rare they can't solve things or at least provide an answer.
It has a large amount of integrations that are mostly pretty easy to set up.
Integration took a while for us as we didn't have the funds to pay for it and it got quite confusing as there wasn't a great deal of support offered. It would be nice if there was a bare minimum for those who can't afford it.
I love the ability to create your own fields so you can pull reports on personalised data (e.g. we created a field called exco department so we can pull everyone who falls under that member.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish HiBob would allow for landscape e-signatures as that would save time for us using multiple platforms.
When placing someone on leave and putting in an end date they aren't automatically activated in the system, somewhat defeating the point. Perhaps a way of setting a notification to go out to say this person is due to return would be good.
When adding a new field to an onboarding process that you want for each countries onboarding you do have to go and manually add it for each country, even when you check it as mandatory for each country. This can take a while when you have lots of countries.
The dashboards can be a bit tiresome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Automation, task management and customisation are incredible - keeping everyone on the same page and making sure everyone does what they're supposed to do.
Implementation is an easy process and you get a good amount of customer support.
Can be automated with other systems easily.
They are constantly making improvements to the system.
The Talent module allows for key talent management processes to be executed with ease and effectiveness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's quite pricey to add on the additional modules, which has been a deterrent for us exploring other features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How intuitive it is! Completely customisable and has constant updates with new features. We constantly here positive feedback from people in the company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am hoping my dislikes are upcoming updates!
-It would be amazing if you could use it to send a letter of offer, it is a little clunky to do that through esign.
-It would also be great if permission access could be broken down a little further. For example, giving a manager access to one template not all.
- it would be great if you could create tasks that aren't associated with a task list. For example I would like to add annual policy reviews, I would also like to add tasks to check some of the documents are still current. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like the most is the fact that I can access all the employee's information in one platform and all the Task list that is triggered every time I need to do something related to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Maybe the fact that I can't take reports to help me do the payroll. I would love to do the payroll at Bob with all the information automatized and with fewer errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Bob is friendly and intuitive, and the social media-like front page attracts employees to use the system. It is then able to deliver pretty much every HR process in a consistent and easy manner. It allows us to work closely with the business to create systems that add value as opposed to unnecessary bureaucracy. It is easy to administer and the customer support is great. Leave accrual options are surprisingly rigid and don't cater well to country-specific leave types (ie Australian Long Service Leave and NZ Leave Act complexities). It would be great to have the country leave legislation built in/pre-loaded as a standard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I love the most with HiBOB is the flexibility and how easy to create the tasks and flows. It has made a huge significant impact with our onboarding and offboarding process. Oh and I love the fact that the employees can upload banners on their profile, I think I find that really great, it adds a personal touch on the employees profile. HiBOB overall is amazing, I cannot point anything that I dislike about HiBOB, however, I do wish HiBOB has the capability to auto post or announce employees who are new hires, birthdays or anniversaries, I think this would be helpful with our compBen and HR Department. Don't get me wrong, HiBOB itself is great, amazing and we love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the customisable and user friendly interface. Adoption has been really easy across the business. It's easy to adapt the functions in the system to our company procedures. It has allowed HiBob to be naturally integrated into our way of working.
We opted for the self-directed implementation process, which took some time to work through, but in the end, we had great customer support from the team at HiBob and we've now got a good understanding of the ins and outs of the platform.
I practically live in HiBob in order to manage all people processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, I haven't found anything I particularly dislike - it's working great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
