What do you like best about Gusto?

The layout. It is easy to work with and fun. I apprecaite the time that has been put into it. I have an easy time inputing hours each day. I apprecaite the way I am informed each time I receive a paystub. The additional features that assist in money manaagement and financial decision making are also a plus. What do you dislike about Gusto?

What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Gusto?

Gusto is easily my favorite of all the "financial services" our small organization uses. The interface is user friendly enough for even our most administratively challenged team members, and the support team is always fast and helpful in answering my questions or addressing the issues that have come up. Gusto is dedicated to keeping costs reasonable for organizations that have limited resources, such as ours. Additionally, people seem happy to work there.

While we have not used many of the services beyond payroll, we do expect to in the coming year and I'm confident and comfortable that Gusto will meet our needs smoothly and successfully as we continue to scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gusto?

A colleague of mine recommended Gusto about 2 years ago but I didn't start utilizing their services at that time. Well, I started working with Gusto about 5 months and it's been a complete game changer. It is efficient! It is user friendly! They send super helpful reminders which really help me stay on task! Being a business owner and entreprenuer means there's always so much to do. But now I'm not thinking about payroll or taxes because I trust that Gusto will keep me on task & organized. What do you like best about Gusto?

Gusto Is amazingly user friendly and easy to set up! I love being able to see my paycheck on my mobile device in real time. Also, The little animated pig makes Really makes my day every time I log in! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gusto?

I haven't found any downsides yet to using gusto But I would love a feature to see my paycheck visible one day earlier in case of any corrections needed and to anticipate expenses for the coming pay period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gusto?

Gusto is responsive and offers me solutions that I can decide to take or not. I don't feel pressured into trying something, and I appreciate the offer to assist. In terms of getting my payroll done, wow - it is so easy!!!! And onboarding is breeze - I have remote workers in several states, and Gusto helps me with all of this!!!

Gusto was easy to implement, is easy to use, and has more features than I currently even need! :)

What do you like best about Gusto?

I've used various HR/Payroll platforms and Gusto is by far the most user friendly, hassle-free, aesthetically pleasing one to date. I love that as a small business we can choose which plan and add ons apply to us, making it affordable and uniquely customizeable. So far customer support has been easy to reach and quick to respond which is great when I work under limited hours. I would definitely recommend Gusto to anyone looking to switch HR platforms, but especially small businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gusto?

The timesheets are simultaneously busy and also don't show as much information as I'm used to. We came from another platform that would show the hours worked and pay accrued so the employee could track their time and expected pay and as a manager I could double check the numbers when doing payroll. What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously we were using different platforms for HR, Payroll, and Time Tracking. Now we have the option to house everything on one platform (for less than what we were paying for all 3 separate!). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gusto?

Gusto is extremely easy to use. I had never done payroll before my current position and Gusto made everything from set-up to running my first payroll easy and stress free. Connecting it to QBO was simple and quick.

Customer service is amazing too! I've reached out to them twice and they were super quick to answer all my questions. I use Gusto for everything!

What do you like best about Gusto?

As an HR professional, I have used various HR and payroll systems. Now, I am a small business owner and was looking for a simple system that could handle payroll and tax reporting/payments for me. Gusto has been so easy to use—from the initial setup to running payroll—it is a breeze. I use the system twice a month, and they send me reminders when payroll is due to be processed. I haven't needed other features in Gusto, such as benefits, time off, time tracking, or other HR functions, so I cannot comment on those functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I recently changed to an S-Corp and needed to run payroll for myself as an employee. I wanted a system that was cost-effective, easy to use, and without features that I don't currently need. What do you like best about Gusto?

Nothing I can say that will be postive with my payroll account. They offered me a refund but never delivered! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gusto?

Gusto managed to screw up my playroll taxes and it took foever to get them to fix it. They were not paying my taxes as they should and I kept getting notices from the State of Oregon saying I owed them money. Gusto was very slow to take the necessary action to fix the problem Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
