I would like the option to set the recurring amounts for contractors rather than having to manually enter them each time.

As amazing as the customer support team is, sometimes it's hard to reach someone quickly. The mobile experience of the website could use some improvements. There are several loopholes that make it impossible to get resolution on problems. I have not had a single interaction with their customer service where anything is resolved because there is always some other department they have to escalate to. The software is very intuitive which makes it easy to click around when you are new to software. There are just the right amount of prompts when you are using a new feature to help you along, and anytime I have needed help I get on the phone and it gets resolved. Gusto is so simple to use! I used to spend hours on payroll and even more time on tax payments and filings. As the Executive Director of a small nonprofit I wear too many hats.
