It allows me to work remotely for my desired employer, which has great implications for my work-life balance. The onboarding is well structured, and local support is available within minutes of my requests via email. The platform is pretty easy to use on a daily basis, and it is straightforward. The integration process was pretty seamless. Their service is exceptional - very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. Their online portal is very robust and easy to navigate. The only issue we had during implementation had to do with an incompatability with one of our internal processes and the setting up of banking details for IC hires. First, they will flat out lie to you in the sales calls. They will tell you information that is completely wrong, tell you about all ways how to submit your time off, expenses and all that, and when you try using them, you will get told "this isn't available in your country and there are no plans to enable it now". As an employee, you will be required to do your own workforce management, time management, expense management, keep track of your used time off, and all that is done manually. You will also not be supported by a person from your local country of residence, instead they use international employees for support and they also give you false information since they do not know the local laws or the language.
It has happened also 2x this year that there was a problem with the salary payout, the 1st time they did not pay out the full amount and it took 2 weeks of emailing back and forth to get the compensation back. The 2nd time, they paid out the salary after the deadline stated in the contract and used the "bank had issues processing the payment" as an excuse.
They also do not pay me from a local bank account, which is something I specifically asked for BEFORE I signed the contract, and you've guessed it, they told me they would, but they don't.
Customer support is horrendous, there is an absolute lack of understanding of local issues and lack of empathy in agents. Everything is a problem.
Spare yourself and your EOR employees the trouble and go for another EOR solution that does not require so much effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We’ve been using GP for over a year to manage our payroll across five countries. The platform excels at handling compliance updates and simplifies the complexities of managing different tax systems. Integration with our existing HR tools was seamless, and the user interface is intuitive, though the initial onboarding took longer than expected. Their customer support has been exceptional, providing timely resolutions to any issues.
One notable feature is the real-time analytics and consolidated reporting, which has greatly improved our financial oversight. Payments are always accurate and on time. While slightly more expensive than some alternatives, the comprehensive service and peace of mind it provides are well worth it. Globalization provides our company with access to talent across the globe. This allows us to truely operate around the clock, without any downtime. The ease of set up and management of these employment contracts within the platform allows for minimal HR upkeep, allowing us to focus on more imortant tasks internally. There can be some fairly significant fees involved for setting up and maintaining a relationship in an entity. As well as some surprise fees when you terminate a contract. For the most part, these should be expected when dealing with a 3rd party vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Any People business partner or member of GP that I have had to work with is very professional. They are patient with their clients and that helps retain their customers. They are efficient in their feedback and quick with their turnaround time. They make sure to follow up for important tasks as well. It's really a pleasure working with the team. Fernanda Arzate always provides exceptional responsiveness and superior understanding of my inquiries, eliminating any chances of confusion. She not only provided precise and beneficial solutions, but also shared her responses with valuable information that enhanced my understanding of the GP side processes. This additional insight greatly added to managing our processes effectively. Also, if the question involved other teammates to help, she always explained my question clearly to others and copied me on the email, she also helped to follow up with others, making sure we were on track and the problem got resolved. Since we have workers in many different countries, I understand every country the company has its own representative, but not everyone is like Fernanda Arzate who is very responsive and takes care the customer seriously, and looks into the issue immediately. We have been with GP for several years. They have country-specific specialists so that you can rely on accurate information. Our Customer Success Manager, Fernanda, has been amazing. She is always willing and able to help us through any processes and answer questions. GP's support team is quick to respond and will take the time to sort through any questions or situations you have. I feel GP's online platform could be more user-friendly and provide more information, details, and report options. They have added new features, but I still find the platform to be slow and clunky. I also have concerns about how often their country insights section is updated with changes. Some sections have hardly any information. They added a calculator to help estimate the employer burden for a new hire. I have used other calculators and there are differences in the information, so I'm unsure which is more accurate. My biggest issue with GP is their pricing. They are more than double that of other service providers. They have started integrating with US PEO options, but there are still 2 platforms, and does not provide full integration how we would like it. It would be great if they offered a PEO solution in the States versus partnering with other expensive services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customer service is very responsive, and our account rep is incredibly engaged, constantly monitoring open questions and items, so that everything gets addressed. Even our sales person remains engaged and available, if needed. The platform is attractive and easy to use. Implementation was quick. The employer burden calculator is great--you can see in advance what it's going to cost--but I'd like to see the option of including the monthly fee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes, there are some country-specific surprise charges that don't get noted up front, so definitely ask what to expect. Most things happen on the platform only, so if you're on the go, you can't email a question, you have to login to the platform. I really appreciated the clarity and simplicity of the onboarding process after receiving the initial registration email. Adding my information was straightforward, and I loved being able to view all the details of my contractual proposal in an organized and accessible way. After accepting the provisional version of the contract, I didn’t receive a notification to sign the DocuSign document, which caused some confusion. Later, I found out that this delay was due to bureaucratic processes between G-P and the hiring company. However, it would have been helpful to have some information or status updates on the G-P platform explaining why my process had stalled.
