As we have employees in various countries, I notice a difference in service from one country to another, meaning that the quality of support varies from country to country. The platform needs a lot of improvement, especially in giving us more autonomy so we don't have to rely so much on support for simple things like changing the value of a commission, for example. I also encounter difficulty when hiring new employees in countries where we already have them, as the contract changes and I would like standardization. An example is Costa Rica, we have 6 employees and the last 3 hired had changes in the contract terms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall, user-friendly platform. The process was quite smooth and efficient in onboarding our employees through G-P. Team was responsive and quick in reverting back when I had questions. Alhtough the platform overall is user-friendly, there is room for some improvement as there were times that some information was not easy to find. We also went through a number of account managers over a rather short period of time. It honestly didnt cause much disruption but it was a high turnover having to deal with someone new every time. I appreciate the G-P has the capabilities to navigate connecting employees and organizations across the globe to find the best talent, and to manage the HR administrative side of managing that talent. We were able to find talented employees located where we needed them to be, even though we did not have a presence in their region. I wish GP was more transparent in their invoicing. Charges are lumped together and communication back and forth to get an appropriate breakdown on things like compensation, benefits, and administration is not only time consuming, but often a fruitless effort. This makes it difficult not only for budgeting, but also for understanding and sharing the full scope of an employee's compensation and benefits with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The G-P team, especially our new Account Manager, Adrian Salazar, has been outstanding—responsive, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile. Adrian’s dedication and reliability make a real difference, giving me confidence that I can lean on him for any support needed, which is exactly what I look for in a Senior Customer Success Manager. The in-country experts are a pleasure to work with, and having a team in-region has greatly helped build rapport, allowing us to appreciate unique working styles and cultural nuances.
The G-P platform itself is intuitive and user-friendly, with real-time information readily accessible, which simplifies day-to-day operations. The ability to import payroll has also streamlined our processes, making things more efficient and straightforward.
Additionally, working with the team to onboard new employees has been highly efficient. Professionals have frequently commented on how simple and seamless the process is. For those relocating or requiring visa assistance, the G-P team’s guidance has been invaluable, and feedback from our new hires reflects their appreciation for this smooth transition. Some professionals have shared feedback regarding the desire for more frequent updates on query submissions that may not have immediate resolutions. Staying informed on the progress of their requests would help set expectations and improve the overall experience.
Additionally, there is interest in seeing more detailed pay element codes on statements. For example, if employees receive both a bonus and a stipend under the same pay element, it would be helpful if these were split out on the pay slip. This added clarity would allow employees to see the exact breakdown of different components within their pay, leading to a more transparent understanding of their compensation. Globalization Partners has been an amazing partner to have for our US-based company. We have been able to hire international employees through Globalization Partners and have always felt confident in GP and their experts. While yes, you may pay more, the old saying is definitely true - "you get what you pay for." You're paying for excellent customer support from your account manager, HR specialists within each country, and quick support service. Globalization Partners allows us to hire globally without having to set up shop anywhere in particular. They also help with compliance and provide decent HR support when there are onboarding/offboarding issues. It's difficult to navigate employment law and culture in so many countries. Because there are different representatives for different countries, customer support seems disjointed. Billing/invoicing is all over the place and can be difficult to reconcile with multiple global professionals. Reporting is ok, but i usually need to ask many follow up questions before I get to the right answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had a lot of learning along the way regardnig different countries and how to manager our employees within that area. Our Account Manager, Niko, went above and beyond to support us with any type of requests. I would highly recommend GP to any company that is hoping to spread globally. The onboarding experience is smooth. The documentation provided to the newly hired professionals are professional and thorough. Our new hires have had great feedback on responsiveness from support. I wish G-P had recruiting services. I also wish there was onboarding assistance with getting IT equipment to new hires. Historically we have had to have new hires pay out of pocket before their first paycheck and wait 1-2 months for the reimbursement because we want their equipment to be available before they start or we've had an existing employee purchase and ship equipment and request reimbursement themselves and have the items shipped to the new hire. G-P was selected as an alternative to hire directly in a number of European countries.
A series of demonstrations about their services and products made it applealing for SAS to cooperate with G-P.
However, after a year of cooperating with them the comments we received by colleagues and our own experience by using the services was rather dissapointing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You do not meet any of their employees.
After a demo and a short session to present the services available they almost dissappear.
You need to open a ticket for everything.
It is like if you cooperate with machine with no feelings and emotions.
They hire and fire people with almost no iteraction for over a year.
