GP has been a great partner to have for our employees that were in countries that we didn't have a registered entity in. They continued answering questions and ensuring our employee on boarding and offboarding experience was pleasant. I was thankful for their assistance and insight. Our designated account manager helped us throughout our time with GP and always ensured she was on top of getting our questions answered. The platform was very easy to use. We did not have our system integrated with others, and I was not involved with the implementation in the beginning. However, I did discuss implementing other countries with them and the process seemed easy enough! I did like how expense and time tracker were in the same platform for the employees to use. The business modelf of having GP contract with other vendors was frustrating at times. I would have to wait for a very long time for the local contact to get back to us with pay questions relative to employees being out on leave and their specific countries statutory payments. Sometimes our invoices would get the credit 3 months after the employee took the time off of work. Lauren is our outstanding Account Manager! She is always so supportive, responsive, and polite. The HR team is also very helpful and quick to respond when a professional has a question.
The platform is very easy to navigate and setting up new professionals is very smooth. The platform has a lot of great resources when we need to look up some quick information on a new country.

The team is now much more responsive, professional, and solution-oriented, which has made managing our global workforce much easier. Their recent pricing review was a pleasant surprise, as it brought better alignment with our budget without compromising on quality. The seamless onboarding and compliance management services are the most helpful aspects of G-P. They make hiring and managing talent in different countries effortless by taking care of legal and administrative complexities. While there’s been a lot of improvement, there’s still room for more consistency in communication, especially during complex setups. In the past, responses could be delayed, but this has significantly improved recently.

The platform is very easy to use. It displays infomration about your employees very clearly and the payroll deadlines and processes are very clear as well. The team at G-P also seems very knowledgeable about the countries that you are in and they manage everything with the employee. There isn't much for a payroll professional to have to do. The lead time that is required when submitting salary changes. Once submitting the change in the portal there is a whole signature workflow that then has to take place. If those approvals aren't obtained by the G-P payroll deadline then it won't be applied that month. We give our internal teams a deadline for payroll changes and since the deadline that G-P gives us is so early in the month we can't really ask our internal teams to provide those changes much earlier. They have a very easy-to-navigate platform for submitting documents. I can check everything related to my documents, benefits, and next pay date. However, the most amazing thing I loved was their customer support. Whatever problem you face, it gets resolved very quickly, and they also share amazing guides to help you understand everything properly. They made international hiring very easy because they take care of everything from taxes to payslips to reimbursement. They really made global expansion hassle-free. The ability to hire any one, any where in the world is made really easy. They have professionals that are knowledgeable about the countries and the requirements needed to be able to employ someone. The platform is easy to manage, and if you need help their specialists are very responsive and quick to assist. We use this platform in addition to our regular HRIS system that is currently US based. Depending on the country will depend on how often the employees get paid. This also will determine when you can adjust pay if there are bonus payments or salary adjustments without having to pay extra fees...which are really high. We try to avoid that as much as possible. As an Admin user for Coursera, I’ve been working with Globalization Partners (GP) for over three years, and I’ve grown to appreciate their platform. One of the things I like most is how straightforward and intuitive the user interface is. Adding new professionals to the system is such a smooth process, which makes onboarding talent a lot easier and less stressful.
What I truly value, though, is GP’s commitment to listening to their customers. Over the years, I’ve shared feedback on areas that could be improved, and it’s been fantastic to see some of those ideas brought to life in updates to the platform. It really shows that they care about what their users think and are always looking to make things better.
The improvements they’ve introduced over time reflect their understanding of what users like me need to get our jobs done effectively. It’s so encouraging to work with a partner that takes feedback seriously and turns it into meaningful changes.

One major concern is their SLA for customer support. When raising a ticket, it often takes time for an HR specialist to be assigned, and even after that, there can be further delays before they provide a meaningful response to the query. While they do acknowledge the ticket quickly, the follow-up process can feel slow and unresponsive, especially when we have internal deadlines to meet.
This issue is particularly frustrating when dealing with professionals already in the system rather than new hires. For example, changes related to internal promotions or role updates can take an unexpectedly long time to process. These delays can disrupt workflows and create unnecessary bottlenecks for tasks that are time-sensitive.

At our company we use GP, Deel and other EOR providers, we have had an issue with all of them compliance, tax and payroll wise, ACCEPT GP - so I can confirm if you want a seemless and well engaged service - GP would be my recomendation.

Compared to all of the EORs I work with - most of the other EORs are still finding their feet, they don't have everything set up, running into compliance, tax and payroll issues - especially Deel, Oyster and Remote - with GP genuinley no issues - everything is defined and a smooth process.
