The low responsiveness of our account manager and sometimes robustness of the system (for example if one instance of an event or event attribute is missspelled, it stays in the data forever, which can be ery misleading and contributing to chaos in the complex data) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bloomreach?

The support team at Bloomreach have been amazing for me. They go above and beyond, speak clearly, are understanding and help me understand. Really lovely experiences with them so far. As for the rest of Bloomreach, their academy courses are decent, the documentation is good. The experience on the platform can be tricky in complex circumstances, but for the most part is easy enough to use and makes sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloomreach?

Just some things that don't work as expected or have the potential to be better. An example is building an email with a content block, the content block is not preview-able within the builder making the process of testing far more complicated than necessary. Another example is that although the platforms whole thing is automatic handling of new data ETC, I encountered an issue whereby I set a list attribute to a string by mistake, and that broke the whole attribute for all customers. Felt like there should have been a warning or error message ETC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bloomreach solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's allowing us to enhance our email marketing, and in future, will link to our new app and we will be using SMS capabilities. We are in the process of implementing heavy segmentation for our audience and automating certain emails ETC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

thanks to Bloomreach we can easily implement and evaluate AB tests, we are able to send personalized emails with the right content at the right time what helps the user activation. It's easy to build a quick analysis....all in all Bloomreach is a complex tool, but very flexible. So we are able to do many workarounds and use it many other cases. What do you like best about Bloomreach?

Almost limitless functionality gives us a vast amount of insight and value. The support team is always fast and extremely helpful solving almost every problem I ever have same day, usuall within the hour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are working towards using Bloomreach as the main platform for all customer data and digital marketing and the idea of having all that data in one place is great.

What do you like best about Bloomreach?

The Bloomreach Engagement is a reliable and comprehensive tool. It includes a lot of options from email campaigns and ad audiences to web layers. All supported by front-end tracking with virtually unlimited possibilities. You can track your customers step by step and design your communication according to this data. What do you dislike about Bloomreach?

Honestly, there are very few things to dislike. The reason I rated Bloomreach 8/10 is because of the price. I can imagine having your service less expensive, but I can handle it. However, I'm not sure if the quality/price ratio would be attractive to me if the price was increased. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Bloomreach:

From my experience, it is an excellent tool for mail campaigns and A/B tests of all the parts of your web (from simple pop-ups to the whole landing page). You can easily set conditions for every communication you create. Also, the fact that it is an omnichannel tool is notable. When you target some customers with the campaign, you can continue with some push notification, SMS, or web layer on the website and vice versa. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bloomreach solving and how is that benefiting you?

First and foremost, email campaigns and A/B testing because they work and are easy to set up and evaluate. The biggest benefit for me is the deep integration of every part of Bloomreach Engagement. It's surprisingly easy to connect all the data we have about customers with the knowledge we've gained from A/B testing and use it in our email communications or to personalize parts of the website. What do you like best about Bloomreach?

The fact that you can find actionable insights within the platform and activate them straight away within Exponea.

If you track every single interaction on Exponea, you will be able to get value almost instantly.

What do you dislike about Bloomreach?

Exponea is a tool that has a lot of great features but if I had to think of something I dislike, it would be the email tool that is not as intuitive as all other ESPs out there.

There is also the fact that it is geared towards the retail industry and has not got all the tools needed for publishers such as integration with Google Ad Manager to serve ads to audiences instead of contexctually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Exponea is great if you are looking to consolidate your data into a single plaform.

It has great capabilities and a responsive support team.

Check your tech stack first and establish all the features you already have (even simple features) and the ones you would like to have that Exponea can help with.

What do you like best about Bloomreach?

A central location for all of our zero party data, allowing us to create business reports to look into the product performance, customer retention, business growth, as well as the ability to actively generate ROI with email campaigns, be it triggered or BAU newsletters.

The on-boarding team created a smooth journey of integration, from connecting our Shopify+ account to linking our Meta ad accounts so that we're able to incorporate ad audience building to increase the efficiency of our Paid media ad spend.
