The ability to quickly change and A/B test ads and creatives. We also have been using Conversant for rich media XML driven HTML5 ads, we were able to quickly do A/B testing on the ads, and find out which of our segments liked what type of ads. The reporting feature lacks the depth of understanding you would want for analyzing your strategies. The customization is minimal, and you can't segment certain things such as view vs. click conversions. Additionally, we were only able to utilize a single conversion goal to track against, even though it would be great to understand the effect on secondary objectives.
