We have multiple lines in the office, and we also have our personal numbers. We don't have options to forward the calls to our personal numbers to the main team line, which would be very useful to make sure all our customers are helped in a timely manner. When we handle customers on our own lines, my teammates dont see what I did with them. I wish there was a way to control that, and make my interactions on my personal number available for my teammates to view and if necessary, takeover, just to make the experience for the team and the customer more seamless. I wouldn't say I like that my employees can see that I am on a call or I am not on a call. I don't particularly appreciate that when I click view call, it opens up on a web page to listen to the recording and if I click on listen to the recording on the app, it's hard to find the exact place I want to find because of the way it is set up.
