"Quo Made Switching from a Landline Easy—and Texting a Game Changer"
What do you like best about Quo?

I’m very happy with Quo. I upgraded from my landline and was able to port over my existing number, which made the switch easy. Now I can take calls and send texts from my cell, and since most people (including me) would rather text than call, that has been a real game changer for me.

I also love that it sends an automated text response that I created, whether someone calls, leaves a voicemail, or texts me. We’ve come a long way with technology, and Quo feels like it’s staying on top of it—helping me out and, especially as a sole proprietor, keeping me from having to do extra admin work. I love it! What do you dislike about Quo?

I’m still fairly new to Quo, so I haven’t run into many downsides yet. When I decided to switch, I researched a lot of different options, and this one seemed to offer the most pros overall. What do you like best about Quo?

Quo is great. It allows my team to share the customer support number instead of putting all of that pressure on one person. Also love being able to leave notes on a client so if someone else has to help them next time they can pick up where the other left off. Recording calls feature is also very useful. For a pricepoint that is the same if not less than a standard phone line, you can't beat it ! The one time I needed customer support they were prompt in helping as well. What do you like best about Quo?

I really like the professional look and the advanced technology behind this product. I’ve tried other apps similar to QUO, but none of them compare to QUO. The performance of the app is outstanding and the pricing is even better. During the sign up phase, I missed an important part and didnt know how to fix it so I emailed my rep for help and she fixed it within a short period of time that same day. I’ve really appreciated Quo’s email customer support. They always replied quickly and I never felt like I was waiting for days to hear back. What do you like best about Quo?

What do you dislike about Quo?

While Quo is helpful for basic task management and collaboration, there are a few areas where it could improve. One thing I noticed is that the platform sometimes feels limited when handling more complex workflows or larger projects. It works well for simple tracking, but when multiple dependencies or detailed reporting are needed, the features can feel a bit restrictive.

Another drawback is the lack of deeper customization. Teams often have different ways of working, and having more flexibility in dashboards, notifications, or task views would make the tool more adaptable. At times, navigating between sections can also feel slightly less intuitive, especially when switching between projects or trying to locate specific updates quickly.

Additionally, integration options are not as extensive as some other tools in the market, which makes it harder to connect Quo seamlessly with existing systems. What do you dislike about Quo?

I think I underestimated what I was doing in the beginning , thinking the payments I made towards applications would be sufficient. I’ve been awaiting answers about how to successfully be moved forward despite how much I expected to apply for anything at all. What do you like best about Quo?

Quo offers a seamless experience that allows me to reach users with a dedicated US phone number.

So far, I have had no downtime, no bugs, and the calls have always been smooth and clear.

On top of this, Quo has a suite of further features that allow users to define and refine their voicemail, call forwarding, Ai agent, texting, call transcription that feels streamlined, and I have not found any redundant features.

Everything serves a function and is clearly and easily accessible. I had no problems integrating Quo into my daily routine.

I use Quo on a daily basis, and I have been more than happy about this product. I have not had to rely on customer support yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

So far, the only thing that I have noticed one time is that on international calls (Using the Quo number to call international phone numbers (French +33 in this case)), there is a slight delay, that is not present when calling +1 numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Quo?

Quo has been the perfect solution to our needs for a VoIP line while traveling the world for business, life, and fun. It has worked since day one, with zero issues or complications. Oftentimes, products malfunction when used in certain countries, and that has never been the experience. We primarily use it for calls and a few texts, and it always works. What do you like best about Quo?

It’s easy to use and has modern features. The browser version, the PC/Mac app, and the mobile app all work well. I also really like the AI summary, virtual assistant, and call routing features. Integration into my business platform was fast and easy. The support team is very responsive and helpful. Pricing seems to be in-line with other value competitors. What do you like best about Quo?

The way you can "map" the phone call with Sona. I think this one was very useful and super easy to navigate. Im not sure if the response speed directly depends on your internet/ cell phone provider, but sometimes it was very slow; Other times it was fast.

Price-wise is a good value and investment.

The way you can write/ create what you want Sona to say is pretty cool. Still need to familiarize her with our website, but otherwise no complaints.

I had issues with my account/ billing but all has been sorted out.

Still need to see how its going to integrate with HubSpot, so no feedback on this part yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

I would like to see more integrations. For example, we use Brevo for mass e-blasts so it would be good if these two could connect and be tracked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
